STATIONHEADで、毎週水曜日に生配信している”Radio441-Γ IDOL Encyclopedia”。その内容を再収録したAnchorオリジナル版です。第五回は、「仮面女子」の特集。

仮面女子は、アリスプロジェクトの「アリス十番」「スチームガールズ」「アーマーガールズ」「イースターガールズ」の4ユニットで構成されるアイドルグループです。2013年３月発売に発売されたシングル「仮面女子」の収録曲「Wohhhh!!!!☆」で、アリス十番とスチームガールズがコラボレーションを行った際に、名称を「仮面女子」としたこで始まりました。何度かのチーム編成の変更を経て、現在の4チームを合わせたものが仮面女子と呼ばれます。

「最強の地下アイドル」を標榜し、「芸能界で居場所をなくした“選ばれなかった者達”が顔を隠すことにより、群れとしてのアイデンティティを手に入れた」がコンセプト。仮面女子と各ユニットの活動は、東京の「仮面女子CAFE」と大阪の「仮面女子シアター」での定例公演が中心です。また、各種音楽イベントを通じて全国でライブを行っています。

アリス十番：ホッケーマスクを着用し、メタルテイストの楽曲が特長。
スチームガールズ：ガスマスクを着用し、エレクトロポップな楽曲が特長。
アーマーガールズ：鉄仮面を着用し、アイリッシュサウンドを取り入れた楽曲が特長。
イースターガールズ：仮面女子候補生WESTから昇格したメンバーによって結成。イースター（復活祭）をテーマとし、スカをベースにした楽曲が特長。

Kamen Joshi is an idol group consisting of four units from the Alice Project, "Alice Juban," "Steam Girls," "Armor Girls," and "Easter Girls." When Alice Juban and Steam Girls collaborated on the song "Wohhhh !!!! ☆" from the single "Kamen Joshi" released in March 2013, the name was changed to "Kamen Joshi". It started with.
