Two promotions in two successive seasons and twice on the Official Coleraine Podcast which means it's not a bad résumé for this week's guest. The Podcast was delighted to welcome Brad Lyons on this week's show after the midfielder helped Kilmarnock earn promotion back to the top flight. The Ballymoney man talks about the season to date at Rugby Park, playing under Tommy Wright and Derek McInnes, as well as his eagerness to test himself back in the SPFL. Lyons also discusses about his dream of playing for Northern Ireland, having Kyle Lafferty as a team mate and how he still keeps an eye on the Stripes' results. Hosted by Damian Mullan and assisted by Johnny McNabb, the show also recaps last weekend's win against Glentoran and the upcoming final day fixture against Linfield.

THE future is bright as Coleraine U18's swept to the NIFL Academy League title. As such, the Podcast was pleased to welcome Senior Academy Director, Ollie Mullan, and U18's manager, Marty Smith, on this week's show. The duo are joined by regular host Damian Mullan and contributor Johnny McNabb, and they discuss the U18's season to date and other developments from the Youths set-up. There is also a discussion about the emergence of young players into the first-team squad, as well as the pastoral care needed during difficult times. The show also looks ahead to this weekend's fixture against Glentoran as we enter the tail end of the season.

As we get ready to tuck into our Easter Eggs this weekend, the Official Coleraine Podcast was delighted to have the company of Club Chaplain, Rev Robert McMullan, on this week's show. Rev. Robert McMullan has been the Club Chaplain since 2006 and he spoke to Damian Mullan and Johnny McNabb about his role at The Showgrounds for the last 16 years. The trio also discuss the different issues that players and staff face both on and off the pitch, and how a friendly set of ears can help those who need it. Rev Robert McMullan revealed that he is retiring from New Row Presbyterian Church and his commitments with Coleraine in the next few weeks but reflected on his amazing memories.

FORMER midfielder and all round good guy Gary Haveron was this week's guest on the Official Coleraine Podcast. Haveron spent two years at The Showgrounds under Marty Quinn and he reflected on his time at the club and playing with the likes of Gareth McAuley, Pat McAllister and Jody Tolan. The former Ballymena United captain discusses leaving Coleraine for their derby rivals, as well as moving across the water at a young age to join Wolves before further spells at Bolton, Yeovil Town and Merthyr Town. Haveron is now a full-time Academy Director at Larne and he spoke about his role and Larne's plans for the future with Damian Mullan and Jonathan McNabb.

Leading by the front was the nature of this week's podcast as we welcomed Stephen O'Donnell on the show. The club captain spoke to Damian Mullan and Jonathan McNabb about his time at The Showgrounds to date, signing on the same day as Aaron Traynor and his youth career at Queens Park Rangers. The defender also reflected on this season, the emergence of Patrick Kelly, Lewis Tosh and Kirk McLaughlin, and the importance of European football. O'Donnell discussed the title race, the upcoming Old Firm derby and the changes at the club since arriving in 2017.

This means it can only be Marshall Gillespie, who is a freelance statistician for the Northern Ireland Football League and Irish Football Association. Marshall discusses his interest in compiling stats, his most interesting request, working under Ian Baraclough and his excitement at the upcoming UEFA Women's European Championships this summer. Hosted by Damian Mullan and joined by Jonathan McNabb, the trio discuss the Bannsiders' Irish Cup tie against Cliftonville tomorrow night and a busy March schedule.

Life couldn't get much better both on and off the pitch for this week's guest on the Official Coleraine Podcast. The show - which celebrated its first birthday last week - was delighted to be joined by current star Jamie Glackin. The Omagh native discusses his time at The Showgrounds and how he contemplated leaving after Rodney McAree's departure. However, the 27-year-old acknowledged that he has been given a licence to express himself under Oran Kearney's tutelage and how much he is enjoying being a father. From the outset, Greg O'Dowd and Coleraine FC weren't set to be a match made in heaven.
