I'm bursting with excitement to share my panel from FanExpo Vancouver with all of you! It was an absolute blast and I'm already itching for another go. Big thanks to my friend Grayson for joining me; together, we explored the wonderful world of fandom and what it has added to our lives. Fandom goes beyond fiction—it's about finding comfort, inspiration, and a sense of community. Personally, I owe a lot to it for where I am today. When it comes to gaming, I really don’t know much. Like, my experience is pretty limited to Mario Kart and Super Mario Bros and maybe a few other older games. Apart from that, I got the smallest taste of Spider-Man Remastered and Spider-Man 2 and completely fell in love. So when I got the idea to discuss gaming, I knew I had to bring on a friend who has a love for gaming and a love for the Spider-Man games!

Which is why I was so excited to bring back my friend Nemo. Obviously he's a Spider-Man fan, but the second I saw him posting about gaming on TikTok - I knew I had to get him on for this episode.

There are so many ways for you to cosplay, from using clothes from your closet to handmaking every piece or buying the costume itself - you have so many options!

With cosplaying also comes the incredible community of cosplayers who uplift one another on their journey. Like many communities on social media, you never know who you'll meet or what opportunities will come your way.

At the end of the episode, I challenge Dom to a little game of "Guess the Character", where I challenge Dom with riddles on some of the characters she has cosplayed!

So I love musicals and I LOVE The Princess Diaries, so I had this thought one day - what if that movie was turned into a musical? Now, this idea truly flourished while talking with Marissa when I was beginning to plan her episode. Luckily, she was on board with the potential of a Princess Diaries musical. And so this episode was born! 

Before getting into it all, I had to take a moment to dig into Marissa's love for musicals and also, what makes a musical good. Further, what makes an excellent musical adaption of a movie? Because this is tough, it's not an easy feat! There have been some that haven't been so strong, so the foundation of what makes one work is important! Then we do it. We turn The Princess Diaries into a musical! We lay out the foundation of what it could look like if this were ever to become a reality! So basically...hey Disney...hey *anyone who has power over developing such a project* we are here and we are ready to chat ;)

Now lately there's been some people going around talking about how Miles isn't Spider-Man...and frankly?? that is ridiculous. So for this episode, Nemo and I chat all about Miles and give him the love and appreciation he deserves. Because in case anyone has missed it, Miles Morales IS Spider-Man. 

I ask Nemo about his history with Miles and his connection with him. We also touch on how and why Miles is such a strong and important character. Of course, we can't discuss him without talking about Into the Spider-Verse and the highly anticipated sequel coming out this year! And I don't know about you, but I am incredibly excited for that movie!

Also, appreciate a moment where we are on the same wavelength and remember a VERY specific comic panel showcasing a hilarious moment between Miles Morales and Peter Parker.

Welcome to the first episode of 2023! Phase Five begins this year and what a great way to start off the new season by discussing what’s to come!

My friend Jay joins me for this episode to chat all about what's to come in this new phase. We touch on a few elements of Phase Four since it just ended and how it may impact the Multiverse Saga moving forward. Now Phase Five is going to be exciting, I mean we're going to get a true taste of Kang the Conqueror!

We got a lot of great new characters during Phase Four who will be returning and it's going to be amazing to watch them grow throughout the MCU. As well, we have some characters who are really coming into their role as a hero and it's going to be amazing to watch them flourish (*cough* Captain America *cough*).

Phase Five is going to present us with some amazing stories that are just beginning and some which may be coming to an end. And we cannot be more excited to experience it all.

We are throwing it back with this episode!!

This is a true hockey classic and I was so excited when Sean mentioned it as one of the movies he'd like to talk about! We both have a lot of love for this movie and it was so much fun to discuss it. This one and the second (D2: The Mighty Ducks) were some of my favourite movies when I was a kid, I watched them SO often. To this day, I still love these movies so much and I will watch them whenever I can. It's one of the reasons I fell in love with hockey too! So being Canadian isn't the only reason why I like the sport ;) 

This movie also has a very special place in Sean's heart as it is what inspired him to play hockey when he was younger! 

Honestly, if you haven't watched this movie before you're totally missing out! It's fun, hilarious, heartwarming, and just great vibes all the way through!

WandaVision is hands-down still my favourite MCU show we've gotten so far. It's got so much heart and it's such an emotional ride. But it's also funny and you get introduced to amazing new characters and revisit some old ones. We get to spend time with Wanda and Vision, in a way we've never had a chance to before. 

In this episode I'm joined by Lauren Charis aka littlemissscarletwitch on IG and TikTok, she puts out some INCREDIBLE Wanda content and is definitely one of my favourite Wanda cosplayers. She is so talented and such an overall amazing person. This is one of her favourite shows and she has so much love for Wanda so it was amazing to talk about this show with her. We get into topics such as why she likes Wanda as a character, whether she is a hero or a villain, and her future in the MCU. But of course, there's so much more and I hope you all enjoy this episode!

Oh, this one's nostalgic! 

I have Bunky with me to discuss their (generalized) top 10 Disney Channel Original Movies. I loved every single one they listed and they totally threw me back to my childhood. DCOMs were always such a big part of my life and to revisit some of them with Bunky was amazing!

**Spoiler filled episode**

The time has come to discuss Spider-Man: No Way Home....and luckily, I didn't have to do this alone. My friend Donavan joined me to chat about this movie and all that we loved about it. This is hands down one of my favourite Spider-Man movies and it truly means so much to me that it exists. Spider-Man has been my favourite hero for years and this movie only added to my love for him and his story. This embodied so much that is incredible about Peter Parker and his life as Spider-Man. Not to mention we got a true taste of what the multiverse has in store, with a lovely visit from some past iconic villains. Let me just say...seeing Willem and Alfred back again was absolutely incredible! There truly is so much to love about this movie but I'll let y'all listen to it to find out what we love about it.

The first official new episode of 2022!! And by this, I really do mean, the first episode recorded in the new year! 

I am joined by my bestie, Johnny! He is back again on the show and we are chatting all about Far From Home. Now I would say this one is less favourable with fans with it comes to the MCU Spider-Man movies. However, we are both in agreement that after No Way Home - we have a new appreciation for it. Despite some little details, this movie is very enjoyable to watch! For one we've got the incredible chemistry between Tom and Jake as Peter and Mysterio. Watching them is truly a delight but apart from this, one of my favourite aspects is the visual effects! The illusion scenes are truly incredible. Oh...also in the beginning we tough on how 2022 is now going to be the start of my boss-girl era! As always, it's a fun chat!

There are many opinions about the Eternals movie...many I'm not too fond of because of what they choose to criticize. However in this episode, Rid joins me to discuss all that we love about Eternals and why it is such an important one. We do address some of those negative reviews though as I believe, it's crucial to do so.

We both have so much love for this movie and the characters that we got introduced to. We are so excited for the future of the movies and what will happen next.

Avengers...Assemble!

This...is the end of a journey we've been a part of since 2008. Every movie, every detail, every little puzzle piece finally all came together with this movie. And while it may be the end, it's also a beginning. There are so many stories that are only starting and it is so exciting to see it all happen.

Now you may hear that I say something along the lines of this being the last movie of phase 3, which...technically is incorrect since Far From Home is the last one. However, I view Endgame as the last of Phase Three - since it's the one that ends the Infinity Saga. With Far From Home being somewhat of a starter, a prologue if you will, to Phase Four. But anyway, wanted to just say that so no one calls me out for making an error lol.

As for this movie though...this sh*t breaks me. I cry so much during this movie it's actually funny. There are a few good happy moments though which does bring a good balance. But most of all, this movie is fantastic on the fan service front. We get so many incredible moments that we've just been waiting for all these years and it makes it all so worth it.

I am joined by the amazing Alexis Blake in this episode to chat all about Captain Marvel. I am a firm believer that Captain Marvel is an underrated film and does not deserve half the hate and criticisms it receives. Now is it the best Marvel film? No, but it holds its own and still has some wonderful moments and introduces us to a really amazing character. 

Alexis comes through with some wonderful comic book knowledge (which we all know I always appreciate!) which brings some great insight and even got me excited to get my hands on a few Captain Marvel runs! Now we don't just stop with discussing this one movie, we take to discussing a bit on Eternals in regards to diversity and the importance of it. We also take a second to talk our hopes for The Marvels which releases in 2023.

Michael and I take some time to discuss and give this movie some love, as it's one that's not too popular amongst fans. This is a bit of an underrated gem that has many great moments! I'm a big fan of Scott Lang (and Paul Rudd) so I really can't help but be a bit biased when it comes to this movie. 

Michael comes through with some comic knowledge which I always love and appreciate! I love when we can circle back to some source material or just even discuss where some changes were made. As well, we chat about the upcoming third Ant-Man movie, Quantumania where Kang is our big bad villain! I don't know about you, but I am VERY excited to see how everything plays out. 

This movie also answers the question we were all asking after watching Infinity War...where the hell was Scott during it all and did he dust?!
