Waking up without any motivation, feeling that whatever you’re doing is not really creating value, constantly trying out the „next thing“ to fill that void you feel inside or simply feeling a constant frustration for doing things that are way below what you know you’re capable of are all signs that you haven’t discovered your big why in life.
Let me help you with that!
In this episode I uncover the 3 steps that will help you discover your personal life purpose.

The #1 ingredient that you will need to create anything from nothing is a state of readiness! It might sound trivial, but let me ask you this:
Have you ever applied for a job or talked to potential clients, because you needed the money?
Have you ever made a prayer asked god for something, because you felt you needed a miracle?
Have you ever been in a relationship, because you needed their love?
My guest on this week’s podcast episode Diana Castro founder of For Productions had her biggest breakthrough in business and abundance when she made this 1 critical shift.
Diana was frustrated with her 9 to 5 job and wanted more for herself. She fired her job at a big corporate company and hired her DREAM: running her own production company. But for over 1,5 years the company wasn’t making any money. Having her first baby on the way, needing to pay her mortgage and health care, Diana was desperate for any money coming her way. Yet, something just wasn’t aligned. It was her mindset that focused on neediness instead of readiness.
Once Diana’s mindset changed, so did her business.
Tune in to find out how Diana made that shift and what impact it has had on her life and business.

Ever since she was little she was raised to be an overachiever which brought her a lot of success early on, but also left her constantly unsatisfied. As a recovering perfectionist her desire is to help women embrace their uniqueness and find solutions that work FOR THEM.
Samantha shares her story of how being an overachiever left her feeling, empty, unsatisfied, unworthy and made her experience health issues. She teaches you how she created more ease, self-love and respect for oneself.
If you are constantly doing things, being busy, trying to move forward and achieve the next result, but end up feeling frustrated, empty, insignificant, not enough and burnt out, this is an episode you need to listen to.
We mistake our worth with achievements. We mistake being busy with moving forward. What may seem like the same thing on the first glance, is fundamentally different in real life.
We as human beings have the inner urge to grow, to advance and to prosper in life. And when you were raised to be an achiever, it goes against your programming to not do anything.
You need to be doing something. You need to get results. You need to be significant.
But here’s the deal, just because you do a lot, doesn’t mean you’re actually advancing or growing in any way. And it certainly doesn't say anything about your worth!
It just means that you are constantly spending your energy on things. Whether it is helping you or not is a totally different story.
For Samantha success is defined in a different way now. Today, she looks at how she can achieve her goals with more ease and less time spent on it.
How did she manage to twist her approach 180° and become even more successful?
Find out in this week’s episode where Samantha and I talk about how to

This week’s podcast guest Holly Deering is not only a mom of five kids, but she has also been a foster parent to three other kids, she is an adoptive mom, special needs mom, and an US Air Force wife.
Holly’s journey of being a mother of five with partly special needs and moving regularly due her husband’s job is already an uneasy path to walk along. But on top of that Holly experienced an unplanned birth at home without her husband being able to be there, battled postpartum depression, and suffered from the one thing probably all moms are guilty of: sacrificing herself to fulfill the idea of doing things „right“. Being the right mother and trying to have everything under control.
Ladies if you have had kids of your own, you know that this is a real problem! We’re all trying to do a good job!
Be honest though, how often have you judged other mom’s of how they parent? Because obviously there was a better way to do things! Or was there?
In any case, I plea guilty.
Can we just be real for a moment though?! There is NO ideal, perfect, easy way of being a mom. And you do NOT need to be in control of everything. You do NOT need to have all your shit together. It is OK to not know it all and look like it’s all sunshine, joy and the best thing that has ever happened to you.
If you are a mom who
struggles with postpartum depression
feels anxiety when it comes to parenting
is overwhelmed with the entire experience
feels like you’ve become a hollow self
is striving for perfection
constantly questions herself and her ability
TUNE IN TO THIS EPISODE!!!
Holly shares all her wisdom on those points, opens up on all the ups and downs of her motherhood experience and shares how she came out on top!
Did you know that there’s a huge correlation between toxins, chemicals and diseases?

My guest on this week’s podcast episode, Jenny Diehl didn’t know either….until her mom passed away from Alzheimers and she couldn’t explain herself why her mom had gotten this disease in the first place.
This experience and the nagging feeling that there had to be more to it than Jenny was aware of, took her on a path that would drastically change Jenny’s life and that many others.
Jenny educated herself, made some life changing shifts and eventually built a business upon the gift of love. With her product line of 65 organic, all-natural products for the home, bath and body called Cura.te, she’s on a mission to share this love with the whole world.
If you are curious to hear how Jenny

My guest on this week’s podcast episode is confidence strategist, author and speaker Gita Gave Marotis. Gita grew up in former Soviet Union where girls were raised to look pretty and behave. Sexuality was a taboo, emotions were suppressed, and children were separated early from their parents to go to childcare. On top of that, early in her childhood she was sexually abused. Together with all the other experiences she had made, her mind drew the conclusion that something was wrong with her and that all of this was her fault.
Feeling dirty about herself, she just kept everything to herself. She didn’t want to disappoint her parents, she didn’t want to stand out in a negative way and she was taught that girls don’t behave this way.
She ended up in an abusive relationship, lost herself completely and had lost all respect for herself.
Until one day, one person helped her change her life, start her own business and finally live a life where she doesn’t have to please anyone anymore other than herself!

- releasing trauma
- growing up in a culture where emotions are taught to be suppressed

One of my dearest friends Siv had been struggling with finding that place for herself for a long time. She always did the right thing, gave her best to advance in life and her career, yet what she found on the other side of achievement was dissatisfaction, stress overload, burn out and a lack of confidence. She believed that she deserved to be unhappy.
Over the last 8 year she went through a complete personal transformation. She found herself, embraced her femininity in becoming a greater leader in male dominated industries, developed the courage to follow her desires and feel truly deserving of being happy.
Last year she quit her job to travel around the world and follow her true desires. All of it happened in the span of just 2 months. Sometime when you don’t want to settle for anything less than you deserve, time becomes relative.
