In this video, "3 reasons Men lie!" I explain "why" so many men feel they must lie to the women they want to be within a relationship.  It is not an excuse but a good understanding and reasons men feel they must lie to be with a woman.  Believe it or not, some lies are necessary to keep the peace in the relationship, but most men are lying use this reasoning well beyond them protecting their mate's feelings/looking out for their well-being.  I help women "see" "why" it is so hard for a man to tell the truth--it's about the benefits! If men cannot see the real true benefit of telling you the truth, they will always lie to you.  If you always forgive them when you catch them in a lie, they will always lie to you.    Women expect and claim to want the truth, even if it hurts them or not, but the truth is what they really want is whatever they suspect confirmed by their man regardless if it is true or not.  They need to BE right about EVERYTHING they THINK you did, have done, or will do!  So this ongoing battle continues, "To tell the truth or to lie"-it all comes down to the "benefits." (Why men lie to women)

In this episode, "What do you bring to the table?" When asked this question, I explain why so many women are confused, why they take the question so personal, and why many feel a man shouldn't even ask. It is hard to tell a man that he is to provide for a woman and not tell him what he will get in return.  Many modern women today feel a man needs to guarantee their future with him, and he is to accept whatever she decides to give him for all she is asking of him.  

Men today don't see sex as the equalizer to all the things and duties asked of them, and women trying to sell this as an excellent plan for the man is finding it harder and harder to find many men who are willing to be their ATM / Retirement plan.  Sit back as I put a different perspective on the age-old phrase, "What do you bring to the table?" and understand it is not just about what you ask but more in "the" words you use to ask it. Men, if you ask the right question, you might get the answers you are looking for from the woman you're interested in and not make her regret giving you her time.  As we know, maintaining a good relationship can be hard sometimes, and regardless of what most want to think or believe-- to make it work it requires "compromising and negotiating." You see, loving someone can be amazing because when it is good, it's good, but when it's bad, it hurts. 

When things don't go our way, we question if the person we are with is the person we are supposed to be with, and if we disagree with no resolution, we tend to feel and question if the person we have chosen to give our love to "IS" the right person to do so.

In this episode, "6 Signs you're with the Wrong Person", I walk you through scenarios that we all go through, allow and put up with to have someone to love us.  Often, we know in our gut that the person we are with is not who we thought they were when we get with them. Because we met their representative before we met them and thought who the representative was, was who they were.    It isn't until after we have invested our love and time with them that we realize we didn't know them at all.  Sometimes what we know should leave but we don't. Many stay with people for their resources, not because they love them.  It is wrong to stay with someone to keep from being alone.  If you don't love them and they don't love you back, you will be trapped in a situation and still alone.  Not being able to grow in the relationship or not being who you are while you are with them isn't love, nor will you ever feel loved.  Nothing feels worse than to be with someone and still feel you are by yourself.    Get your pad and pen and be honest with yourself because if you find yourself in this video and want out, you have to prepare to walk away from a bad situation, even if it hurts you now.  Don't worry; over time, whoever God feels you should be with, we be presented to you, and they will restore your faith in loving someone and being loved again!

In this episode, "What is the Man's Role in the Relationship," I explain, define, and break down a "MANS" role in the relationship.  In our society today, many of I so-called MEN have either lose their way, given up, or have no idea what being a Provider means in a relationship.  They are so desperate to have equality in the relationship that they are asking their woman to help them do THEIR job in the relationship and thinking that splitting bills with their woman 50/50 is the best way to obtain this, and it is not.    

Men asking this are doing it because they do not want to be responsible for anyone in the relationship other than themselves.  God says the men are the foundation of the relationship and family.  It is sad to see so many men running from what God said they were created to be, Leaders of the family.  How can you "lead" if your woman is doing your job?    This is why so many men have switched sides; they are running from their responsibilities and looking for someone else to lead them.  Calling out women because they have had to do the job you refused is not what real men do.  How will you lead a family and gain your family's respect if you are playing her role?    Real men, not boys, stand up and take on their responsibilities.  They lead, and their woman will follow willingly.  God created Man first, not the woman; He gave you the skills to lead and expects you to do so. If you don't want the job or feel you cannot do it properly, do something else.   

This is the reason why so many women HAVE to do "your" job because men don't want it.  Then they catch an attitude when the woman decides NOT to relay or depend on surviving and providing for their family.    It is a shame how our men are not taught these days what their role is and their obligations to a woman when they tell her they love her.  I, in this video, help men understand what God says they are supposed to do and how it is supposed to look with a woman.  Now the truth hurts, but if you really want to know as a man your role, this is a teaching moment so learn!  It is more to a relationship and more to your duties than just financial.

In this episode, The "5 things you can do to get over a Breakup", you will learn ways to deal with the mixed and many emotions you are going through.  You learn the crazy things and lengths people will go to when they are hurt to get back at the person who hurt them.  It is never easy getting over someone, and the process and time needed to get past what it is you are feeling may seem like it is taking forever.  What you need is time and distractions to make you see that you are going to be okay.    Knowing and loving yourself makes it easier for you to love someone else and accept that you deserve to be loved by someone.  The stages you go through and allow are essential to go through to start the healing process.  Throughout the video, you will "learn" how to deal with the pain, how to deal with your anger, and how to get your healing process started.  It is not easy, but we must accept what we are feeling to get through it.

In this episode, The 10 Things to consider before getting back with your Ex! I go through the "Pros & Cons" of things you need to consider before getting back with your ex or giving up and moving on.  It is a tricky situation to be in and one that many of us in the dating world today will encounter at some point in our lives "IF" we care for someone.  Depending on what broke you up in the first place will play a big part if you can try it again or not.  No one wants to get back with someone who hurt them, abused them, or wanted to control them, so if this is YOUR situation, call it quits and move on but if things were not that bad. You feel a "do-over" is possible, then move slowly and look for changes in the words and actions before considering moving forward.  Although that is the chance they can hurt us again, we're hoping that they have grown up and are willing to do what is needed to make what once was wrong right moving forward.

In this episode, The Language of Love: Explained! I talk to you about the language we speak, should you how it is received and why getting it right is something we all need to work on.  The Language of Love: Explained! It is an area many feel we got under control but in reality, most do not.  Our form of communicating these days seems to be more by text and emojis than actual talking.  To some talking face-to-face just is not so popular these days and the reason why so many of us suffer and fail in “communicating” what it is we are trying to express.  As you listen to the video, you will understand clearly why although texting sometimes is cool just to let someone know you’re thinking about them, how actually giving them a call and letting them hear your voice makes what you say and tells them what you feel is genuine.

In this episode, I tell women about 5 types of Men Women should avoid at all costs! A lot of women believe that if love with someone is real, it wouldn't hurt but unfortunately and realistically it does.  We all would like to be spared from having our hearts broken by someone we care for but in love like in life, it is all part of our growth.  If we're able to we try and learn from our mistakes to not do something and be hurt all over again.  But the more we denied and believe we know better the more we overlook the red flags and get hurt again. With love comes pain, it is a "set" and something we must understand if we intend on chasing it. And even though love can sometimes be blind, we don't always have to shut our eyes to the reality of what we should do to prevent making the same mistakes over and over again with someone else.     

We have to get out of our "comfort zone" and do things differently because we have seen and felt the pain of doing the "same" thing over and over again. And this can be scary, difficult, and hard to do if we aren't ready to face the fact, "We don't know everything about love and loving someone."  Not all love is good when the person you love doesn't love you back.  There are many women who feel currently in their relationship that at times they are wasting their time and love on the "wrong person."  Many do not realize this until years with the guy they are with until he does something that hurts them.  Years and kids later they figure out that who he said he was, he never was-at least not with them.    So in the video, women will learn "WHO" not to waste your time with and "HOW" to protect yourself and your heart BEFORE you waste years only to learn painfully later that in this game we call love, some people if you are not on the same team always, you are the competition and you're in a game you have no idea of the rules trying to win.  "When you play games, you have to know once it starts-someone is going to win and some are going to lose.  The question then you have to ask yourself, Are you the winner or loser.

In this episode, “How to Communicate Effectively in 15 minutes!" I go over the many ways we communicate today and how ineffectively it is.  I explain how changing the way "we" talk helps others understand us better.  I go over "tectonics" and "ways" to help you gain clarity to lesson the mistake many of us encounter just trying to communicate.  It’s not hard to do, but like anything worth having, you must put in the work and make a few "behavioral" changes.    We can not continue to blame one another for our own inability to make ourselves transparent and continue to assume that the people we're talking to are comprehending what we said is crazy.  We must not be afraid to ask questions for clarity of what we are being told or asked to do.   Too often, we take for granted that once we say something, our mates understand.  Women often get upset because many feel the men they are dating should "already know" how to treat them, how to love them, and how to make them feel loved.  But how would they know if the woman NEVER told them?  Men aren't good at guessing and figuring out something you could have simply communicate to them to ensure they get it right "the first time."   In the "beginning" in a discussion is where all the questions, standards, and expectations of what you require to love and be loved by your man or woman.    In a relationship, things are hard enough, and inadequate communication makes things worse.  I walk you through ways for women and men to correct their mindset and behavior to "see" how others receive them and what they heard when they speak.  By seeing things from another perspective, in other words, you seeing things from your mate's perspective, it helps them realize how they need to listen more.
