Equitable Flood Recovery: What It Is and What It Isn't

Equitable Flood Recovery: What It Is and What It Isn't

Year after year, flooding is a constant threat in Harris County. On this episode of One For All, we talk to Commissioner Ellis, one of our Precinct One policy experts Janae Ladet, and the Director of the HOME Coalition Chrishelle Palay.

For decades we have seen the same communities be overlooked when it comes to recovery, based on discriminatory formulas and unfair practices. But Harris County is working to change that.
