On Tap Brewers

We sat down with David from the Fresh Hop Festival Crew and talked about the festivals new location and how things are going to be set up. He gave us tips for going to the festival and perks of volunteering! We had lots of fun and can't wait for the festivities!

We sat down with Derrick from Cowiche Creek Brewing Company and shared a flight. We talked about how they got started, what it means to brew the "farmers way" and why they grow their own hopes and barley.

For a special episode this week, we hung out with Jeff at the Beer Shoppe and talked to him about what it was like being one of the first beer-centric taprooms in Yakima. We also discussed why they are the only place within 100 miles where you can enjoy cask beer. During our chat, we enjoyed a flight of beers that he chose that helped create The Beer Shoppe's story. 

We sat with Nate from Wandering Hop and enjoyed a flight of @WonderingHop beers. We talked about how they got started, why the brewery is called Wondering Hop, and their brewing process! It was so great to hear more about how they come up with their crazy styles and why you may hear his staff humming Taylor Swift songs on Friday 😂 

In this episode, we're hanging out with the guys from Single Hill Brewing located in Yakima, Washington. We touched on topics such as how they got started, the inspiration behind their brewery name, and the design of their tap room. In addition, we will be discussing a flight of beers they chose that capture what Single Hill is all about. Thanks for listening!
