Too often our ego drives our attitudes and perceptions. Especially when it comes to fame and status. Being seen. Being in the public eye becomes the goal and our filters become hazy. When we realise that coming from an abundance mindset can get us everything we desire or that which is for us, we realise our worth. The power of recognising our worth over status is key. Over the past few weeks I've had to step up my self worth thermometer. What about you? Is it time to leverage up? Or is it time to learn some lessons about what you're asking for?

In this interview Owen offers tips and advice on how we can personally make decisions without feeling obligated to others and decisions which make us feel good about ourselves without judgement. Owen is an author, a Counsellor and a Healer. A great man of wisdom.
In these current times, the wind of rage, injustice, vilification of..all threaten the very basis of humanity's hold onto civilisation's core of freedom. Mans inhumanity to man. Mans compassion to man. All tied up in this great upheaval and revelation of truth on every level. We are all in this together and yet I want to urge you to find your peace in the midst of this chaos because in that place lies strength, foresight and power. You will be able to SEE in order to become stealthily strategic in order to take right action.
This is a time to go deeper within your own consciousness. A time to know and understand about having faith as a mustard seed. These times are challenging us to our very core. However, we are so much more than what we realise. This was what channelled through me this morning. I am passionate for us all to ease into a place of peace and wisdom but more so inner freedom. Much love and blesdings to all
