More value, less stress with Anar Umurzak

More value, less stress with Anar Umurzak

“Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.” – Leo F. Buscaglia. I used to worry about productivity and time management until I realized it was holding me back, instead I started making sure everything I do is strategic and impactful to maximize my time and enjoy the process. So I created a new approach I call "Marie Kondo" your to do list. In a nutshell, it's about making a strategic plan that will require 20% of your time but will bring you 80% of your biggest results.  1) Make an exhaustive list of all of your activities  2) Categorize them into daily, weekly, monthly 3) Find that are strategic, schedule focused 2 hour blocks everyday during your most productive hours to complete these tasks 4) Find tasks that can be delegated: - If someone can do a better job than you - If paying someone is cheaper than your own hourly rate - If the task is not important and someone can take over this task - Share household chords with your family members 5) Find time wasters and toss them out 6) Once you delete real time wasters, you can FOCUS your time on the most strategic items.  Important: activities that bring you joy and let you gain more energy ARE also strategic, mine include weekly active quality time, movie nights with family, monthly outings with friends, working out twice per week.

"As a retired Air Force officer, I started my first company in 2005, focusing on consulting, employee skill development and program management. These areas remain in place these days and have grown internationally. I have always had a love for education and helping people help themselves become successful. As a business owner, I began thinking about applying profits towards retirement and research clearly indicated that owning real assets would be the best way. It’s also the path that the government supports the most. This has led to the development of a residential real estate investment portfolio currently worth about $1.5 Million. It’s still growing, and many lessons I learned are now available for me to teach, coach and mentor people.  On my journey, I have made many relationships, learned about the pitfalls of purchases, and made good and bad decisions that ultimately resulted in reaching economic independence. I would love to share my expertise with your audience so they can do the same."
