Over the past year the four of us have had the great opportunity to meet with some very influential people within the industry and build our network. We have touched on topics like Diversity and Inclusion, investment trends of the younger generation and the future of automated advice processes, with the hope that we have helped to attract and educate the younger generation.
Running this project has given us the opportunity to take our newly learnt skills into our next roles, the graduate program and the podcast have helped to build skills that we can all take into the next step of our careers – we hope to see you soon in our newly found roles within the network at head office or as qualified advisers.
A special mention for all of our guests for taking part in our podcasts, and Deborah Bowerman for her guidance and support throughout the year. As the current Graduate Scheme comes to an end, we look forward to crossing paths in the future.
