In this episode I will address the question that's been asked my multiple new option traders : 

Do we need to have 100 shares or capital equal to 100 shares if we want to trade options ?

Most of new option traders being their journey with small account size and the notion of holding 100 shares is really restrictive.

So, in this episode I will explain 2 option strategies that you can use to express bullish and bearish sentiment on stock in a small account.

I explain how you can define how much money to risk on the trade and not necessarily use capital equal to 100 shares

I'll explain the process of short selling and the phenomenon of short squeeze. This week we saw Tesla's share having a parabolic rise within a very short period of time. It was as if the whole world is buying TSLA.

One of the reason for the parabolic rise was the phenomenon called "short squeeze".  It is very useful for retail traders to know why and how this happens so we can identify such instances and not get misguided by these.
