As we end 2021, let's take a look back at the Marvel Legends we got this year! In the previous two episodes, I discussed the Stilt Man wave, Tri-Sentinel wave, Mr. Hyde wave, Xemnu wave, and the Ursa Major wave. In this episode, let's talk about the Disney+ wave, the Infinity Saga program, and the Age of Apocalypse Colossus wave!

As we are nearing the end of 2021, let's take a look back at the Marvel Legends we got this year, starting with the first three waves: the Stilt-Man wave, the House of X wave, and the Shang-Chi wave!

There were six Phase 1 films: Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, and The Avengers. You would think Hasbro would have capitalized on the popularity of the Marvel films by putting tons of product out there. Well, they did. Just not 6" scale Marvel Legends. It wasn't until ten years later in the Marvel Studios: The First Ten Years program that we finally got Phase 1 Marvel Legends. So what was Hasbro doing at the time before that? Let's talk about it.

The Marvel Legends line was released by ToyBiz with a bang, forever changing the quality and standards of action figure lines in 2002. Let's take a look at what figures came out the following year. Not just that, let's add a bit of context to what collecting was like back then.
