Through some deep conversations and introspection, Lauren was able to realize that her story, personality, and way of teaching, her culture, just who they are is the very thing that makes her stand out—and she came to a full awareness of what branding truly is. How to Begin the Process of Freezer Cooking
We are all looking for ways to stretch a dollar these days and freezer cooking is a great way to maximize your food and your money.   As an Army brat, I learned how to freezer cook from a very young age.  Granted we didn't call it freezer cooking back in the day, but that's what we were doing.  Our house was an hour or so from the local army base, so we would only grocery shop once a month.  We froze everything! Fast forward to my life as an adult and you will see that freezer cooking is still a major part of my family's life.  In this episode, I share the tips and tricks as well as my lessons learned as it relates to our freezer cooking process. It doesn't have to be overly complicated, just start small.  I encourage you to visit the episode on the website to get the list of suggested freezer cooking resources and a few suggested links that will get your freezer cooking started the right way.

Getting Your House In Order
Unfortunately, natural disasters and man-made disasters are becoming commonplace.  Although that is the case, I am finding that so many people are left unprepared.  They are in the dark as far as what needs to be done in the event of an accident, disaster or death.  It is time to take our heads out of the sand and really plan ahead to take the burden off of you and your family in the event of a tragic situation that needs your/their attention. Note:  This episode was recorded one week prior to the devastating tornados that rocked the Middle Tennessee area.  I felt it was prudent to go ahead and release it on schedule.  My prayers go out to our community and all those affected, directly or indirectly.  #NashvilleStrong #TennesseeStrong  I encourage you to visit dlmorales.com to find more content related to the House In Order Series
