20 - What is the Best Dental Insurance

20 - What is the Best Dental Insurance

If you are set on having dental insurance or if you are given a choice by your employer, definitely, PPO plans will give you the best coverage for your money. Now, there are no dental plans that will cover 100% of your bill, Dental Insurance was developed to help you with the expense but not to pay for the full cost of the treatment.
Within each type of insurance, there are many different plans. Most people will decide based on what is offered through their employer

So if for example you have minor dental needs, then any Basic insurance or even a discount plan will work. Now, surprisingly, In many cases you may be better off with no insurance because when you add up what you pay for yearly premiums, deductibles and copayments for the services that you need, you realize that you could have paid less as a private patient with no insurance. So no insurance is also an option and most offices will have incentives and no-interest payment plans to make dental care affordable to patients that don’t have any insurance.
