This week we visit a creative technology lab in Lesotho called The Hub. One of the coordinators at The Hub, Moleboheng Rampou walks us through how they had to re-invent themselves to provide programmes and information relating to COVID-19 to the youth and elders of Lesotho.

On this episode we hear from Suffix a Malawian Hip Hop Artist on the impact of art during a world crisis. Suffix walks us through the process of writing his song Misozi feat Esther Chitheka Lewis, and how he pays homage to frontline works at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe in the Misozi music video.

In this special episode we explore how our African culture is being swept away due to the COVID-19 restrictions surrounding funerals and caring for the sick in our communities. We hear from Chisomo and Esther from Malawi and Jairos from Zimbabwe on how the procedures of laying a loved one to rest has changed due to COVID-19.

As a follow up from the previous episode, we hear from Bonolo from South Africa and Shoeshoe from Lesotho, on how they recovered from COVID-19 after losing their loved ones to the virus. We also hear from May, a frontline worker from South Africa on how her perspective on COVID-19 changed after also contracting the virus.
