So much gratitude and honor to listen to Yurok Elder Laura Woods and her journey to reclaiming her heritage and the value of practicing ceremony in her life. Laura is a member of the Yurok community, the largest Indigenous Nation in California, located in Klamath California. Laura has been serving in the Judicial system for near 40 years and is presently working through the Yurok Tribal Court and supporting the culture and traditions of the Yurok community.
