Our Athletes with Michael Rasile

Our Athletes with Michael Rasile

By Michael Rasile

Michael Rasile has conversations with athletes on their stories. From Gold Medal Winners to unfortunate injuries, for the amount of blood, sweat, and tears our athletes put in on a daily basis to be the best in the world, the least we can do is learn more about what they endure. Trials and tribulations, short comings and over coming the odds, these are the stories of Our Athletes from their mouth to your ears. Jon Fish, USRowing, 1988 Olympian pt. 1

Jon joins me to talk about his rowing career and how this whole crazy thing got started! After walking on at the University of Pennsylvania, Jon was able to start training with elite athletes on the Schuylkill River. He missed out on the 1984 games by a slim margin but was able to make it there in 1988.

Jon retired from the sport, but got the itch again in the early 90s where he gave it one more shot to go to the games!
