Like Merida, Tricia loves adventure having lived & worked in Sydney, New York, Abu Dhabi and volunteered in India. She also loves running & walking in nature and is creating a business to get more people active & giving to charity. Tricia’s advice for being brave? It’s inside all of us and we can choose to take that deep breath and be brave. It can feel uncomfortable but after that first step it becomes easier and we feel stronger inside.
