Over My Shoulder Foundation

By Dawn Carroll

The Over My Shoulder Podcast is about designing the next generation through teaching, mentoring, and inspiring.

As individuals, there is no better way for us to change the world than to mentor one person at a time along their journey. This podcast is about inspiring people to share their wealth of knowledge, creativity, and kindness to the next generation in order to elevate the human creative potential.

In other words: Do good, talk good, be good, teach good. And oh, watch out for potholes.

Over My Shoulder Podcast Episode 3: Who Were Our Mentors on the Environment?

This has been a wild year in terms of climate and environmental debates.  There have been many discussions on whether climate change is man made or not.  Both sides seem to feel very strongly about their position. Yet the fact remains that we as humans need clean water, fresh air, and a sustainable food supply.  The health of the planet is of more lasting importance to the next generation since their time here have only started.  It is no wonder that some of the loudest voices come from young people like Greta Thunberg.

Join the OMS tribe of Dawn Carroll, Barry Orms, Elizabeth Penaranda, and Alex Tran in their discussion of when they first became aware of the environment.  In order words, who were their mentors on the environment.
