Jenny LaBaw runs across the country
Jenny LaBaw has been an athlete her entire life.  Growing up in the Colorado Rockies with an active family, she spent life embracing the outdoors and treating it as a natural playground.  As a 3-sport collegiate athlete, she competed in soccer, indoor and outdoor track and field.   Post college she found my need for competition fulfilled through running endurance races anywhere from 5K’s to marathons.  Her competitive drive led her to CrossFit in 2010 where she started training to compete at the elite level.  She is a two time CrossFit Games competitor, earning 6th in 2011 and winning the Northern California Regionals in 2012.   Recently she decided to run across Colorado to raise money for epilepsy, this is her story ----- Host Jason Ackerman, Level 4 CrossFit Coach, memberoftheCrossFit Staff and former box owner discusses allthingsCrossFit,health, and life.
