In this episode, I speak to CEO of boutique fitness brand PSYCLE, Rhian Stephenson, who is also a nutritionist, naturopath, founder of retreat wellness brand ARTAH and Mama to six month old, Maise Grace. Rhian is refreshingly open and honest about her journey to motherhood, including suffering two miscarriages and how she coped. We talk about the difficulties she, like so many women, experience during pregnancy, including sciatica, hyperemesis and placenta previa and about how she managed (or didn’t) the expectations of regaining fitness and control over her body during pregnancy and postpartum.
