Post Grad Blues and Sincerely, Life with Poonum Desai

Trigger Warning: Depression, suicidal thoughts

Hello! Today, I chat with Poonum Desai, who is the author of Sincerely, Life. Poonum talked extensively about her college experience, post grad struggles and mental health. We cover a lot of things from how you can find things that give you joy to applying for jobs in this time when the supply of job seekers is larger than the demand from employers. Poonum also talks about her book Sincerely, Life to encourage readers to build the life they want not what others told them to want.
