CHOSEN DAY 1
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. John 15:16 NIV Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To God’s holy people in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus:  Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.  Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. Ephesians 1:1‭-‬6 NIV

WAITING DAY 5
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. 2 Corinthians 12:10 KJV Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. Psalms 62:1‭, ‬5

WAITING DAY 4
We live in a society that wears impatience as a badge of honor. But when we apply that impatience to God it can have grave consequences. God will not honor our impatience. However He will always give us the opportunity to repent, and He often gives us the chance at a do-over. Don’t miss or even delay your blessing because you refuse to wait on God. He can be trusted and He wants to bless you beyond your imagination (Ephesians 3:20).

WAITING DAY 3
Be still in the presence of the Lord , and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. Psalms 37:7 NLT“Anyone who listens to my teaching and follows it is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock.  Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock.  But anyone who hears my teaching and doesn’t obey it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand.  When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will collapse with a mighty crash.” Matthew 7:24‭-‬27 NLT

WAITING DAY 2
Saul Patience Some of them crossed the Jordan River and escaped into the land of Gad and Gilead. Meanwhile, Saul stayed at Gilgal, and his men were trembling with fear. Saul waited there seven days for Samuel, as Samuel had instructed him earlier, but Samuel still didn’t come. Saul realized that his troops were rapidly slipping away. So he demanded, “Bring me the burnt offering and the peace offerings!” And Saul sacrificed the burnt offering himself. Just as Saul was finishing with the burnt offering, Samuel arrived. Saul went out to meet and welcome him, but Samuel said, “What is this you have done?” Saul replied, “I saw my men scattering from me, and you didn’t arrive when you said you would, and the Philistines are at Micmash ready for battle. So I said, ‘The Philistines are ready to march against us at Gilgal, and I haven’t even asked for the Lord ’s help!’ So I felt compelled to offer the burnt offering myself before you came.” “How foolish!” Samuel exclaimed. “You have not kept the command the Lord your God gave you. Had you kept it, the Lord would have established your kingdom over Israel forever. But now your kingdom must end, for the Lord has sought out a man after his own heart. The Lord has already appointed him to be the leader of his people, because you have not kept the Lord ’s command.” 1 Samuel 13:7‭-‬14 NLT

WAITING DAY 1
I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord . Psalms 40:1‭-‬3 NLT

PROGRESS DAY 5
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7‭-‬8 NIV Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. Ecclesiastes 7:8 KJV I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:14 KJV

PROGRESS DAY 4
When the Philistines heard that Israel had assembled at Mizpah, the rulers of the Philistines came up to attack them. When the Israelites heard of it, they were afraid because of the Philistines. They said to Samuel, “Do not stop crying out to the Lord our God for us, that he may rescue us from the hand of the Philistines.” Then Samuel took a suckling lamb and sacrificed it as a whole burnt offering to the Lord . He cried out to the Lord on Israel’s behalf, and the Lord answered him. While Samuel was sacrificing the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to engage Israel in battle. But that day the Lord thundered with loud thunder against the Philistines and threw them into such a panic that they were routed before the Israelites. The men of Israel rushed out of Mizpah and pursued the Philistines, slaughtering them along the way to a point below Beth Kar. Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen. He named it Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far the Lord has helped us.” 1 Samuel 7:7‭-‬12 NIV

“And a man found Joseph wandering in the fields. And the man asked him, ‘What are you seeking?’ I am seeking my brothers,’ he said. ‘Tell me, please, where they are pasturing the flock.’ And the man said, ‘They have gone away, for I heard them say, ‘Let us go to Dothan.’ So Joseph went after his brothers and found them at Dothan.” (Gen. 37:15-17)

LAUGHTER DAY 5
1. Take Time to Laugh For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance. —Ecclesiastes 3:1, 4, ESV If you’ve been on this planet for more than a few years, you know life isn’t one big laugh. It’s filled with difficult trials. Even so, the Bible declares there is “a time to laugh.” Some ways to incorporate more laughter into your life: Talk to a friend with a good sense of humor, retell a funny story from the past or play a practical joke on a good friend or family member. Need another idea? Spending time around children or pets is typically a surefire way to ramp up the laughter. 2. Share Joy A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. —Proverbs 17:22, ESV Don’t keep joy to yourself. Share the “good medicine” of a joyful heart with others. Have you brought joy or laughter to someone today? If not, think of a way you can make one person laugh. It’ll bring joy to both of your hearts. 3. Lighten Your Load Blessed are you who weep now, for you shall laugh. —Luke 6:21b, ESV Have you ever been so sad that you thought you’d never laugh again? If you are a follower of Christ, you are blessed to be part of God’s kingdom. The God of the universe can bring you comfort and inner peace even as you struggle with a heavy heart. Being “blessed” is about experiencing hope and joy regardless of circumstances. King David once wrote about it this way: “You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness” (Psalm 30:11). Feeling burdened today? Ask God to lighten your load. 4. Savor Surprises—And Don’t Be Afraid to Laugh at Yourself And Sarah said, “God has made laughter for me; everyone who hears will laugh over me.” And she said, “Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have borne him a son in his old age.” —Genesis 21:6-7, ESV Abraham’s wife, Sarah, waited 90 years to become a mother. Thinking there was no way she could provide a family heir herself, she was downright dumbfounded when told she would have a son. She had to laugh out of pure joy. Think of a time when you were pleasantly surprised by God’s timing. 5. Expect Great Things Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” —Psalm 126:2, ESV When God led His people out of captivity and brought them back to their homeland, they were so relieved and thankful that they laughed and shouted for joy. After spending 70 years as captives, one of the first things they did was build an altar and worship God. It can be easy to dwell on things that aren’t going your way, but remember the verse above—God does do great things. Keep an eye out this week for the great things He is doing in your life, then take a moment to thank Him for it. .

LAUGHTER DAY 4
III. The laughter of God, Psalm 2:1-4; Why are the nations so angry? Why do they waste their time with futile plans? The kings of the earth prepare for battle; the rulers plot together against the Lord and against his anointed one. “Let us break their chains,” they cry, “and free ourselves from slavery to God.” But the one who rules in heaven laughs. The Lord scoffs at them. Psalms 2:1‭-‬4 NLT They come out at night, snarling like vicious dogs as they prowl the streets. Listen to the filth that comes from their mouths; their words cut like swords. “After all, who can hear us?” they sneer. But Lord , you laugh at them. You scoff at all the hostile nations. Psalms 59:6‭-‬8 NLT The wicked plot against the godly; they snarl at them in defiance. But the Lord just laughs, for he sees their day of judgment coming. Psalms 37:12‭-‬13 NLT Proverbs 1:24-26. “I called you so often, but you wouldn’t come. I reached out to you, but you paid no attention. You ignored my advice and rejected the correction I offered. So I will laugh when you are in trouble! I will mock you when disaster overtakes you— Proverbs 1:24‭-‬26 NLT

LAUGHTER DAY 3
II.  The laughter of a fool, Ecclesiastes 7:6; The heart of the wise [learns when it] is in the house of mourning, But the heart of fools is [senseless] in the house of pleasure.  It is better to listen to the rebuke of the wise man and pursue wisdom Than for one to listen to the song of fools and pursue stupidity.  For like the crackling of [burning] thorn bushes under a pot, So is the laughter of the fool; And this too is vanity (futility). Ecclesiastes 7:4‭-‬6 AMP Proverbs 14:13. Even in laughter, the heart may ache, and rejoicing may end in grief. Proverbs 14:13 NIV

LAUGHTER DAY 2
I.   The laughter of unbelief, Genesis 18:11-15; Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.  Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my Lord being old also?  And the Lord said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?  Is any thing too hard for the Lord ? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.  Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh. Genesis 18:11‭-‬15 KJV Luke 8:52-56; And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth.  And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.  And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.  And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.  And her parents were astonished: but he charged them that they should tell no man what was done. Luke 8:52‭-‬56 KJV

HIDDEN AGENDA DAY 5
8 Moses also said to Korah, “Now listen, you Levites! 9 Isn’t it enough for you that the God of Israel has separated you from the rest of the Israelite community and brought you near himself to do the work at the Lord’s tabernacle and to stand before the community and minister to them? 10 He has brought you and all your fellow Levites near himself, but now you are trying to get the priesthood too. 11 It is against the Lord that you and all your followers have banded together. Who is Aaron that you should grumble against him?” 12 Then Moses summoned Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab. But they said, “We will not come! 13 Isn’t it enough that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey to kill us in the wilderness? And now you also want to lord it over us! 14 Moreover, you haven’t brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey or given us an inheritance of fields and vineyards. Do you want to treat these men like slaves? No, we will not come!” 15 Then Moses became very angry and said to the Lord, “Do not accept their offering. I have not taken so much as a donkey from them, nor have I wronged any of them.” 16 Moses said to Korah, “You and all your followers are to appear before the Lord tomorrow—you and they and Aaron. 17 Each man is to take his censer and put incense in it—250 censers in all—and present it before the Lord. You and Aaron are to present your censers also.” 18 So each of them took his censer, put burning coals and incense in it, and stood with Moses and Aaron at the entrance to the tent of meeting. 19 When Korah had gathered all his followers in opposition to them at the entrance to the tent of meeting, the glory of the Lord appeared to the entire assembly.

When Moses heard this, he fell facedown. Then he said to Korah and all his followers: “In the morning the Lord will show who belongs to him and who is holy, and he will have that person come near him. PASSION DAY 2
Enemies of Passion Let me offer you three common causes of fatigue in the life of both Church and believers: 1. Compromise fatigue: This is where we face the pressures to fit in, be accepted, to not make waves, to be silent when we should speak up, to be more like the world than like Christ. Ultimately it leads to us giving in, which in turns leads to spiritual fatigue. 2. Compression fatigue: This is where we face the continuing pressures of life weighing down on us, and because we are trying to hold up under the load with our own strength, eventually we give out, which, once again leads to spiritual fatigue. 3. Comparison fatigue: This is where we are constantly looking at everyone else and wondering why we can’t have what they have, do what they do, be what they are. We become convinced that there is a place where the “grass is greener” and we eventually give up, which is another way of describing spiritual fatigue

PASSION DAY 1
Philippians 1:29 For it has been given to you on Christ’s behalf not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for Him…1 Peter 4:13-14 as you share in the sufferings of the Messiah rejoice, so that you may also rejoice with great joy at the revelation of His glory. If you are ridiculed for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you.2 Timothy 1:6-8 Therefore, I remind you to keep ablaze the gift of God that is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fearfulness, but one of power, love, and sound judgment. So don’t be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord, or of me His prisoner. Instead, share in suffering for the gospel, relying on the power of God,

GRATITUDE DAY 5
Lamentations 3:21–25) This I recall to my mind,    Therefore I have hope. The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease,    For his compassions [mercies] never fail. They are new every morning;    Great is your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,     “Therefore I have hope in him.” The Lord is good to those who wait for him,    To the person who seeks him. Then, in a partial explanation of how this can be, in the midst of great suffering, Jeremiah says in verses 32–33, For if he [God] causes grief,    Then he will have compassion According to his abundant lovingkindness.    For he does not afflict willingly Or grieve the sons of men. This means that the mercies of God are often hidden and hard to recognize when they are happening. He does “cause grief” (verse 32). He does “afflict” (verse 33). But all this serves another purpose — a merciful purpose — if we trust him.

I want you to know how much I have agonized for you and for the church at Laodicea, and for many other believers who have never met me personally. I want them to be encouraged and knit together by strong ties of love. I want them to have complete confidence that they understand God’s mysterious plan, which is Christ himself. In him lie hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I am telling you this so no one will deceive you with well-crafted arguments. For though I am far away from you, my heart is with you. And I rejoice that you are living as you should and that your faith in Christ is strong. And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. Colossians 2:1‭-‬7 NLT

FAVOR DAY 5
Be submitted Esther shows us how submission brings favor. She didn’t take matters into her own hands. This is an ingredient to receiving favor. She exemplified submission, humility and confidence in God and won the favor of everyone who saw her. “When the turn came for Esther to go to the king, she asked for nothing other than what Hegai, the king’s eunuch who was in charge of the harem, suggested.” (Esther 2:15) Be humble/have humility Through her humility Esther received immediate care and attention, provision, the best place, helpers, assistants and attendants. Furthermore, her favor created favor for all around her. Through our humility, let’s create an atmosphere of favor in our lives that can overflow to others. “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” (1 Peter 5:5) Be honest Honesty is a key to favor. Joseph found favor with Potiphar because he could be trusted. “The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with Him.” (Proverbs 11:1) “Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned.” (Genesis 39) Get Wisdom Wisdom is a key to favor. As Solomon makes clear in the Book of Proverbs. “For those who find me find life and receive favor from the Lord.” (Proverbs 8:35)

FAVOR DAY 4
Be faithful. Noah found favor with God due to his faithfulness. He walked faithfully with God and that led to favor. “So the Lord said, ‘I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.’ But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord. This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God.” (Genesis 6:7-9) Be righteous/blameless. As we can also see in the example of Noah, being righteous and blameless is a key to finding favor. We also find this call to righteousness in the New Testament. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33) “Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.” (Psalm 5:12) You can be blessed with favor. Favor leads to blessing.

FAVOR DAY 3
Give gifts and offerings Abel’s offering found favor with God but Cain’s did not. Make sure your offering finds favor with God. Giving gifts leads us to find favor with both God and man as we see from the example of Jacob who found favor with Esau following his substantial gift. “And Abel also brought an offering—fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.” (Genesis 4:4) “I have cattle and donkeys, sheep and goats, male and female servants. Now I am sending this message to my lord, that I may find favor in your eyes.” (Genesis 32:5) King Solomon offered a sacrifice of 22,000 cattle and 120,000 sheep and goats. And so the king and all the people dedicated the Temple of God. The priests took their assigned positions, and so did the Levites who were singing, “His faithful love endures forever!” They accompanied the singing with music from the instruments King David had made for praising the Lord . Across from the Levites, the priests blew the trumpets, while all Israel stood. Then at the end of the celebration, Solomon sent the people home. They were all joyful and glad because the Lord had been so good to David and to Solomon and to his people Israel. Then one night the Lord appeared to Solomon and said, “I have heard your prayer and have chosen this Temple as the place for making sacrifices. 2 Chronicles 7:5‭-‬6‭, ‬10‭, ‬12 NLT Now at Caesarea [Maritima] there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion of what was known as the Italian Regiment, a devout man and one who, along with all his household, feared God. He made many charitable donations to the Jewish people, and prayed to God always. About the ninth hour (3:00 p.m.) of the day he clearly saw in a vision an angel of God who had come to him and said, “Cornelius!” Cornelius was frightened and stared intently at him and said, “What is it, Lord (sir)?” And the angel said to him, “Your prayers and gifts of charity have ascended as a memorial offering before God [an offering made in remembrance of His past blessings]. FAVOR DAY 2
Hate what God hates As you make a stand for God and His causes His favor is released upon you “But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.” (Revelation 2:6) 14 Nevertheless, I have a few things against you: There are some among you who hold to the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to entice the Israelites to sin so that they ate food sacrificed to idols and committed sexual immorality. 15  Likewise, you also have those who hold to the teaching of the Nicolaitans. Revelation 2:14-15 When Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, saw this, he left the assembly, took a spear in his hand and followed the Israelite into the tent. He drove the spear into both of them, right through the Israelite man and into the woman’s stomach. Then the plague against the Israelites was stopped; but those who died in the plague numbered 24,000.  “Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, has turned my anger away from the Israelites. Since he was as zealous for my honor among them as I am, I did not put an end to them in my zeal. Therefore tell him I am making my covenant of peace with him. He and his descendants will have a covenant of a lasting priesthood, because he was zealous for the honor of his God and made atonement for the Israelites.” Numbers 25:7‭-‬9‭, ‬11‭-‬13 NIV

FAVOR DAY 1
Love God with all your heart. Without loving Him, we cannot expect to gain His favor. “My son, do not forget My teaching, but keep My commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity. Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.” (Proverbs 3:1-4) 2. Love people What are you doing for the Kingdom? What are you doing for others? If you want God’s favor then start caring for people. Ruth found favor with Boaz because of the things she had done and James says ‘faith without works is dead’. “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me’.” (Matthew 25:34-40) “Boaz replied, ‘I’ve been told all about what you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband—how you left your father and mother and your homeland and came to live with a people you did not know before. May the Lord repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge’.” (Ruth 2:11-12) Ruth’s was noticed for what she had done, she received more than she asked for, special treatment, protection, more than enough!

BEHIND THE SCENES DAY 5
When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. Colossians 2:13‭-‬15 NIV https://bible.com/bible/111/col.2.13-15.NIV 1. The Cross means love. Christ died for sinners. He died for people who had lost their way. He did not die because it was forced upon him. It was a choice. A choice made in love. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8). Jesus still loves sinners. He came and gave his life for them. The message of the Cross remains a gift of love to those undeserving. Above all, the Cross is a symbol of love. 2. The Cross is personal. In most religions, people strive to reach deity. Christianity is the only faith where God has reached down to us. Our response to such a God is to know him personally. Jesus died so that he could know you. It was personal. I want to know Christ... I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death (Philippians 3:10). 3. The Cross is willful humility. Christ’s death was an act of his will.  In Philippians 2:7-8, Paul states that Jesus humbled himself in obedience and died a criminal death on the Cross. Sometimes we mistakenly think that he made that decision as God. Jesus came to the conclusion to die for humanity as a human. He willed his flesh, mind, and emotions to die on the Cross. And by that will (that is the will of Jesus as a human being, not the will of God), we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all (Hebrews 10:10). Christ hung on the cross on purpose. He could choose to live as he pleased, but he chose to give his life for our sake. Galatians 2:20 says that we have been crucified with Christ – past tense. As Christians, we are to be dead to our will, as Christ was. Our life’s prayer should be, “Not my will, Yours be done.” And just like Jesus, it is our responsibility to act on our prayer. Being in the will of God is not a passive thing. It is an act of the will. 4. The Cross is prophetic. There are many prophecies of the Cross in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. From the beginning of time, God has been planning to rescue humanity from the clutches of evil by horrific death on a cross. Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed (Isaiah 53:4-5). He was disfigured, tormented, completely abused. But not only was his punishment prophesied, so was our atonement. Pierced for sin. Beaten for wholeness. Whipped for healing. A divine exchange. Blessings for curses, completeness for brokenness, unrighteousness for holiness. The redemption was prophesied. 5. The Cross is final. So many gaze at the Cross and yet hold on to past hurt, pain, and problems. They don’t belong on your back any longer – Jesus has taken them on his. The debt is paid. Look to the Cross and receive your salvation. And they sang a new song with these words: “You are worthy to take the scroll  and break its seals and open it. For you were killed, and your blood has ransomed people for God  from every tribe and language and people and nation. And you have caused them to become God’s kingdom and his priests.  And they will reign on the earth.” (Revelation 5:9-10, NLT) Redeemer, Lamb of God, he is worthy. Thank you for the Cross, Lord.

BEHIND THE SCENES DAY 1
In the days of Herod [the Great], king of Judea, there was a certain priest whose name was Zacharias, of the division of Abijah. His wife was a descendant of Aaron [the first high priest of Israel], and her name was Elizabeth. They both were righteous (approved) in the sight of God, walking blamelessly in all the commandments and requirements of the Lord. But they were childless, because Elizabeth was barren, and they were both far advanced in years.  Now it happened while Zacharias was serving as priest before God in the appointed order of his priestly division, as was the custom of the priesthood, he was chosen by lot to enter [the sanctuary of] the temple of the Lord and burn incense [on the altar of incense]. And all the congregation was praying outside [in the court of the temple] at the hour of the incense offering. And an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing to the right of the altar of incense. When Zacharias saw the angel, he was troubled and overcome with fear. But the angel said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zacharias, because your petition [in prayer] was heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you will name him John. You will have great joy and delight, and many will rejoice over his birth, for he will be great and distinguished in the sight of the Lord; and will never drink wine or liquor, and he will be filled with and empowered to act by the Holy Spirit while still in his mother’s womb. He will turn many of the sons of Israel back [from sin] to [love and serve] the Lord their God. It is he who will go as a forerunner before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers back to the children , and the disobedient to the attitude of the righteous [which is to seek and submit to the will of God]—in order to make ready a people [perfectly] prepared [spiritually and morally] for the Lord.”  And Zacharias said to the angel, “How will I be certain of this? For I am an old man and my wife is advanced in age.” The angel replied and said to him, “I am Gabriel; I stand and minister in the [very] presence of God, and I have been sent [by Him] to speak to you and to bring you this good news. Listen carefully, you will be continually silent and unable to speak until the day when these things take place, because you did not believe what I told you; but my words will be fulfilled at their proper time.”  The people [outside in the court] were waiting for Zacharias, and were wondering about his long delay in the temple. But when he did come out, he was unable to speak to them. They realized that he had seen a vision in the temple; and he kept making signs to them, and remained mute. When his time of priestly service was finished, he returned to his home. Luke 1:5‭-‬23 AMP

FREEDOM DAY 5
It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. Just make sure that you don’t use this freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want to do and destroy your freedom. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love; that’s how freedom grows. For everything we know about God’s Word is summed up in a single sentence: Love others as you love yourself. That’s an act of true freedom. If you bite and ravage each other, watch out—in no time at all you will be annihilating each other, and where will your precious freedom be then? My counsel is this: Live freely, animated and motivated by God’s Spirit. Then you won’t feed the compulsions of selfishness. For there is a root of sinful self-interest in us that is at odds with a free spirit, just as the free spirit is incompatible with selfishness. These two ways of life are antithetical, so that you cannot live at times one way and at times another way according to how you feel on any given day. Why don’t you choose to be led by the Spirit and so escape the erratic compulsions of a law-dominated existence? Galatians 5:13‭-‬18 MSG

FREEDOM DAY 4
1 Peter 2:16 Live as free men, but do not use your freedom to cover-up for evil; live as servants of God. My concern was because of the false brothers [those people masquerading as Christians] who had been secretly smuggled in [to the community of believers]. They had slipped in to spy on the freedom which we have in Christ Jesus, in order to bring us back into bondage [under the Law of Moses]. But we did not yield to them even for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel would continue to remain with you [in its purity]. But from those who were of high reputation (whatever they were—in terms of individual importance—makes no difference to me; God shows no partiality—He is not impressed with the positions that people hold nor does He recognize distinctions such as fame or power)—well, those who were of reputation contributed nothing to me [that is, they had nothing to add to my gospel message nor did they impose any new requirements on me]. But on the contrary, they saw that I had been entrusted with the gospel to the uncircumcised (Gentiles), just as Peter had been [entrusted to proclaim the gospel] to the circumcised (Jews); (for He who worked effectively for Peter and empowered him in his ministry to the Jews also worked effectively for me and empowered me in my ministry to the Gentiles). And recognizing the grace [that God had] bestowed on me, James and Cephas (Peter) and John, who were reputed to be pillars [of the Jerusalem church], gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, so that we could go to the Gentiles [with their blessing] and they to the circumcised (Jews). They asked only [one thing], that we remember the poor, the very thing I was also eager to do. Galatians 2:4‭-‬10 AMP

Boundaries Day 5
Consequences  Trespassing on other people’s property carries consequences. “No Trespassing” signs usually carry a threat of prosecution if someone steps over the boundaries. The Bible teaches this principle over and over, saying that if we walk one way, this will happen, and if we walk another way, something else will happen. Exodus 22:7-9  “If a man gives to his neighbor money or goods to keep safe, and it is stolen from the man's house, then, if the thief is found, he shall pay double. If the thief is not found, the owner of the house shall come near to God to show whether or not he has put his hand to his neighbor's property. For every breach of trust, whether it is for an ox, for a donkey, for a sheep, for a cloak, or for any kind of lost thing, of which one says, ‘This is it,’ the case of both parties shall come before God. The one whom God condemns shall pay double to his neighbor.

1 John 4:1 ESV / Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. "As we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a slave girl who had a spirit of divination and brought her owners much gain by fortune-telling. She followed Paul and us, crying out, “These men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to you the way of salvation.” And this she kept doing for many days. Paul, having become greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And it came out that very hour. But when her owners saw that their hope of gain was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace before the rulers. And when they had brought them to the magistrates, they said, “These men are Jews, and they are disturbing our city. They advocate customs that are not lawful for us as Romans to accept or practice.” The crowd joined in attacking them, and the magistrates tore the garments off them and gave orders to beat them with rods. And when they had inflicted many blows upon them, they threw them into prison, ordering the jailer to keep them safely. Having received this order, he put them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks." -Acts 16:16-24 And in the synagogue there was a man who had the spirit of an unclean demon, and he cried out with a loud voice, "Ha What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God." But Jesus rebuked him, saying, "Be silent and come out of him!" And when the demon had thrown him down in their midst, he came out of him, having done him no harm. -Luke 4:33-35

When he saw them, he hurried from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground.  He said, “If I have found favor in your eyes, my Lord, do not pass your servant by. Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash your feet and rest under this tree. Let me get you something to eat, so you can be refreshed and then go on your way—now that you have come to your servant.” “Very well,” they answered, “do as you say.” Genesis 18:2‭-‬5 NIV And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where was a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And so it was, that as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread.  And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually.  Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither. 2 Kings 4:8‭-‬10 KJV

The woman said to Him, “Sir, I see that You are a prophet. Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews say that the place where one ought to worship is in Jerusalem [at the temple].” Jesus replied, “Woman, believe Me, a time is coming [when God’s kingdom comes] when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You [Samaritans] do not know what you worship; we [Jews] do know what we worship, for salvation is from the Jews. But a time is coming and is already here when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit [from the heart, the inner self] and in truth; for the Father seeks such people to be His worshipers. The Impact of The Tongue
The Impact of the Tongue. When they returned from spying out the land, at the end of forty days, they came to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation of the sons of Israel in the Wilderness of Paran at Kadesh, and brought back word to them and to all the congregation, and showed them the land’s fruit. They reported to Moses and said, “We went in to the land where you sent us; and it certainly does flow with milk and honey, and this is its fruit. But the people who live in the land are strong, and the cities are fortified (walled) and very large; moreover, we saw there the descendants of Anak [people of great stature and courage]. [The people descended from] Amalek live in the land of the Negev (South country); the Hittite, the Jebusite, and the Amorite live in the hill country; and the Canaanites live by the [Dead] Sea and along the side of the Jordan.”  Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession of it; for we will certainly conquer it.” But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people [of Canaan], for they are too strong for us.” So they gave the Israelites a bad report about the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we went, in spying it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants. And all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. There we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.” Numbers 13:25‭-‬33 AMPThen a woman who had suffered from a hemorrhage for twelve years came up behind Him and touched the [tassel] fringe of His outer robe; for she had been saying to herself, “If I only touch His outer robe, I will be healed.” Matthew 9:20‭-‬21 AMP

The Tongue is a Fire
Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell." . James 3: 9-12; "With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water."

BRIDLE THE TONGUE
Bridle The Tongue James 1:26; "If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless."  James 3:3-6; When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. The Tongue
There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing." As Children of God, our tongues have a lot of power. Proverbs 18:21 confirms this by saying, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits." This is further seen in Matthew 18:18, which proclaims, "Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” These verses prove how much good or bad our tongues, words can do.

The Holyspirit
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. Utterly amazed, they asked: “Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language? Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!” Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?” Some, however, made fun of them and said, “They have had too much wine.” Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: “Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say. No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: “ ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. The Definition of Peace
It is always helpful to define the words we are dealing with and so think about the definition of PEACE.  Peace [ceirene] means to bind together, to join, to weave together.  It means that a person is: bound, woven and joined together with himself, with God and with others. The Hebrew word SHALOM means freedom from trouble and much more.  It means: experiencing God’s highest good, enjoying the very best, possessing all the inner good possible. wholeness and soundness. good, enjoying the very best. prosperity in the widest sense. especially prosperity in the spiritual sense of having a soul that blossoms and flourishes.

Holding on
Claiming God’s Promises: Hebrews 10:23 “Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful” (Hebrews 10:23). Introduction: God has issued more than 40 thousand promises in the Bible. That’s a lot of promises that we can “hold fast” to! Although, sometimes it can be difficult to determine how to properly respond to God’s awesome promises. Have you ever read a promise in the Bible that God clearly promises and you wonder how that promise applies to you in your life? I do this all the time. There are several things to keep in mind while determining the promises you claim and “hold fast to…without wavering.” The first thing to keep in mind is that the Bible contains two kinds of divine promises. - Limited promises - General Promises 1. Limited Promises. God has made many promises to specific people living in particular circumstances for explicit purposes. These promises are definitely not for everybody or as Charles Stanley says, “One size fits all” promises. - If you try to claim these promises for yourself then your headed for trouble. For example, the resurrected Jesus told His disciples to wait in Jerusalem “for the promise of the Father” and that while they waited, they would “be baptized by the Holy Spirit.” The text reads, “Gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised, “Which,” He said, “you heard from Me; for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now” (Acts 1:4-5). - It would be foolish for you to travel to Jerusalem and wait there to receive this promise, since Jesus already fulfilled it that first Pentecost. - Today, the Holy Spirit baptizes every believer into the body of Christ and takes up residence within at the very moment that person trusts in Christ. Jesus gave this promise to a very specific group of people at a particular time for an explicit purpose. It isn’t for anyone else to claim. 2. General Promises. Now that we understand “limited promises,” lets look at the many promises that are applicable to all His children throughout all of history. For example, He has promised to “never leave us or forsake us.” Paul wrote under the divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit in Hebrews 13:5, “Make sure that you character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, “I will never leave you, nor will I ever forsake you.” He also promised to return for us. Jesus spoke these words in the Gospel of John 14:3, “If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.” - These promises pertain to all believers across all of time. 3. Although general promises are for every believer across all of time, these “general promises” can also be of two different types. a. Conditional Promises. For example, Philippians 4:19 says, “And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Jesus Christ.” The condition here is that we be in Christ; the believer must be living for Him and in total submission to His will. - Another example is Psalm 37:4. It says, “Delight yourself in the Lord; And He will give you the desires of your heart.” Clearly the condition is that a relationship comes before the request. b. Unconditional Promises. Unconditional promises require nothing of the believer. The promises mentioned above in Hebrew 13:5 and John 14:3 are of this type. God will fulfill these promises because He has pledged to fulfill them. Nothing anyone does can alter the His commitment or change His plans. He will keep these promises, not because of anything we do, but because of His own faithfulness.

Where Can I go?
Psalm 139:7-12 New International Version (NIV) 7 Where can I go from your Spirit?     Where can I flee from your presence? 8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;     if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. 9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,     if I settle on the far side of the sea, 10 even there your hand will guide me,     your right hand will hold me fast. 11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me     and the light become night around me,” 12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;     the night will shine like the day,     for darkness is as light to you. Illustration Jonah chapter 1. 1. Geographically - Wherever we may go; vertically up to the highest regions of space; or down to the lowest depths of the earth; God is there! Or we may understand them. 2. Metaphorically - referring to the highs and lows of life whether we are up with joy or weighed down with sorrow, He is there with us. In light and life and joy and hope; or in darkness, death, sorrow and disappointment; through all of our life, God promises.  HEBREWS 13:5 Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, "I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you.  When do you FEEL the furthest from God? It is usually during the tough times of life.  Do not try to run from God when times get tough.  In the book of Job, Job was having problems in his life. He refused to curse God for his trouble.  God not only knows about what we go through; He is there for us and cares about us. The third way to take his words is. 3. Literally - in the highest Heaven, where we naturally expect to find God. But even in "Sheol" -- the Hebrew word for the place of the dead (it’s not hell; "Sheol" is usually translated "the grave") even there we find God. Distance Death Darkness CONCLUSION  David found great comfort knowing that God was with Him no matter where he went.  We need to understand that we cannot hide from God.  We need to understand that we cannot hide from God’s love either.  God loves each and every person that has been created. God loves you.  Maybe you are in a difficult situation right now, have suffered some kind of loss, been afflicted with illness or pain. Maybe the wound is still tender. The Benefits
Thanksgiving for Multiplication: For everything that must increase, God must be gratefully acknowledged. Jesus knew this spiritual technique and used it often during His earthly ministry. Anything we do not thank God for never increases. The Bible says: And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would (John 6:11). As soon as He gave thanks, food came from wherever it was and twelve baskets were gathered as remnants. It is time for our bread to multiply and it will take genuine thanksgiving. Thanksgiving as a lifestyle will establish us in a ceaseless flow of signs and wonders. The reason we are reducing is that we are forgetful. Thanksgiving for Miracles: In John 11:41-44, at the grave of Lazarus, Jesus repeated the same spiritual principle, showing us how significant this forgotten weapon is in the working of miracles, in effecting signs and wonders. He said, “Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.” That was what brought Lazarus out of the grave. Those who give thanks do not need to ask, neither do they beg, they simply call. We need the kind of Spirit of thanksgiving that operated in Jesus so that before every obstacle of life, we operate that anointing that will break the prison gates and also bring the dead out of the grave. If we want our dead position transformed, we should learn to give God thanks (1 Thessalonian 5:18

Is it Right?
Then the Lord said, “ Is it right for you to be angry?” So Jonah went out of the city and sat on the east side of the city. There he made himself a shelter and sat under it in the shade, till he might see what would become of the city. And the Lord God prepared a plant and made it come up over Jonah, that it might be shade for his head to deliver him from his misery. So Jonah was very grateful for the plant. But as morning dawned the next day God prepared a worm, and it so damaged the plant that it withered. And it happened, when the sun arose, that God prepared a vehement east wind; and the sun beat on Jonah’s head, so that he grew faint. Then he wished death for himself, and said, “ It is better for me to die than to live.” Then God said to Jonah, “ Is it right for you to be angry about the plant?” And he said, “ It is right for me to be angry, even to death!” But the Lord said, “You have had pity on the plant for which you have not labored, nor made it grow, which came up in a night and perished in a night. And should I not pity Nineveh, that great city, in which are more than one hundred and twenty thousand persons who cannot discern between their right hand and their left—and much livestock?” Jonah 4:4‭-‬11 NKJV

And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith.”  We’re promised to overcome the world, its temptations & trials, if we’ll but hold in in “faith.”  2 Corinthians 2:14:  “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ.”   We’re promised  that  in  any  battle where Christ is leading us, He’ll always bring us ultimately into victory!

Fear of Shame
Shame is a painful feeling of humiliation or distress caused by the consciousness of wrong or foolish behavior. “Shout for joy, O barren one, she who has not given birth; Break forth into joyful shouting and rejoice, she who has not gone into labor [with child]! For the [spiritual] sons of the desolate one will be more numerous Than the sons of the married woman,” says the Lord. “Enlarge the site of your tent [to make room for more children]; Stretch out the curtains of your dwellings, do not spare them; Lengthen your tent ropes And make your pegs (stakes) firm [in the ground]. For you will spread out to the right and to the left, And your descendants will take possession of nations And will inhabit deserted cities. “Do not fear, for you will not be put to shame, And do not feel humiliated or ashamed, for you will not be disgraced. For you will forget the shame of your youth, And you will no longer remember the disgrace of your widowhood. Isaiah 54:1‭-‬4 AMP The fear of shame enslaves many from progress. No one wants to be ashamed or disgraced. But if, for some instances, you have encountered shame, You can rise above it. Jesus, the author of our faith, Did it. He despised the shame of the cross because of the awaiting glory. [looking away from all that will distract us and] focusing our eyes on Jesus, who is the Author and Perfecter of faith [the first incentive for our belief and the One who brings our hope to maturity], who for the joy [of accomplishing the goal] set before Him endured the cross, disregarding the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God [revealing His deity, His authority, and the completion of His work]. Hebrews 12:2 AMP Disregard shame and rise above it in Jesus' name.

So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he crouched down to the earth and put his face between his knees, and he said to his servant, “Go up, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked and said, “There is nothing.” Elijah said, “Go back” seven times. And at the seventh time, the servant said, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is coming up from the sea.” And Elijah said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot and go down so that the rain shower does not stop you.’ ” 1 Kings 18:42‭-‬44 AMP

Need To Vent?
People can get hurt, physically and emotionally—which can then lead to spiritual hurt.  Proverbs 29:11.  Fools vent their anger, but the wise quietly hold it back.  Name some situations or circumstances when it’s okay to feel angry.  Remember to focus on the situation, not a person or group of people.   Examples could be cancer, injustice, pollution, or similar things.  Anger affects people in different ways.  When some people get angry, they might want to punch something or throw something.  Others may want to scream, yell, or stomp their feet.  Other translations of this verse say that fools give full vent to their anger.  That means they just let it all out and unload on anyone and everyone that comes near when they’re angry.  But the last part of that Scripture says that the wise quietly hold it back.   It doesn’t mean the wise don’t get angry, but they are not the ones who will vomit their anger all over anyone in their way.  So, what is the difference between the anger that fools vent and the anger of a wise person?  Let’s look at Jesus.  When Jesus was angry at the “money-changers” in the Temple, He was angry that they were stealing from people.   They were treating the Temple as just another way to scam people out of money.  Similar to those social media scams that say, “Send me $19.95, and I’ll tell you the secret to making millions from the internet.”  Jesus was angry because what they were doing was not right.  When you get angry, are you angry at the person or the situation?    A wise person holds their anger back quietly.  It doesn’t mean that they never feel angry, but they don’t show it very much, very often, or hardly ever at all.  Since every human being on the planet gets angry, including you and I, here are a couple of things you can do to help manage your emotions:  Choose your battles.  Wise people who hold back their anger are able to assess a situation and decide what is worth getting angry about and when they should keep quiet.  There are things that every Christian should get angry about, and do something about if they can—and if God directs them to take certain actions.  Even though people can be extremely passionate about situations and issues, remember that people are made in God’s image and we are called to love everyone— even if we disagree with what they stand for or believe in.  Don’t respond immediately.  When we face a situation that makes us angry, we naturally want to lash out in the moment.   But, don’t!  Take a breath, walk away, do whatever you need to do to keep from responding negatively in the moment of anger.  Then, once you’ve considered an appropriate, Christ-like response, explain that you are angry at the situation, but not the person.  For those who may get angry quickly, there are tools you can use to help manage your anger—consider working out or running to let off some steam.  You can also talk to a trusted adult or friend who will pray with you when you need help.  Sometimes, even just separating yourself from a situation can make a big difference in how you react.  You will find that many things are just not worth getting, or staying, angry over.  God has given us so many tools in His Word that help us in every situation in life.  His desire is to walk with us through all of our emotions and in every situation.  God is with you, even when you’re angry and you can always turn to Him to help you.

The Process
Shall the axe boast itself against him that heweth therewith? or shall the saw magnify itself against him that shaketh it? as if the rod should shake itself against them that lift it up, or as if the staff should lift up itself, as if it were no wood. Isaiah 10:15. Ecclesiastes 10:10 NIV If the axe is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed, but skill will bring success.

Forgotten
Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord , and that thought upon his name. Malachi 3:16 KJV And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:9 KJV But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing. 2 Thessalonians 3:13 KJV You will not remain forgotten a Time of Remembrance is Coming.

Precious Thoughts
For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee. Psalms 139:13-18

STAY STRONG
And it came to pass, when David and his men were come to Ziklag on the third day, that the Amalekites had invaded the south, and Ziklag, and smitten Ziklag, and burned it with fire; And had taken the women captives, that were therein: they slew not any, either great or small, but carried them away, and went on their way. So David and his men came to the city, and, behold, it was burned with fire; and their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, were taken captives. Then David and the people that were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep. And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God. 1 Samuel 30:1‭-‬4‭, ‬6 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/1sa.30.1-6.KJV

ROOTED
Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord And whose trust is the Lord. “For he will be like a tree planted by the water, That extends its roots by a stream And will not fear when the heat comes; But its leaves will be green, And it will not be anxious in a year of drought Nor cease to yield fruit

Through The Fire
And I will bring the third part through the fire, Refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will listen and answer them; I will say, ‘They are My people,’ And they will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’ ” Zechariah 13:9 AMP. “Surely there is a mine for silver, And a place where they refine gold. Iron is taken out of the earth, And copper is smelted from the stone ore. Man puts an end to darkness [by bringing in a light], And to the farthest bounds he searches out The rock buried in gloom and deep shadow. He breaks open (mine) shafts far away from where people live, [In places] forgotten by the [human] foot; They dangle [in the mines] and hang away from men. [As for] the earth, out of it comes food, But underneath [its surface, down deep] it is turned over as fire. Its stones are the bed of sapphires; It holds dust of gold. The path [deep within] no bird of prey knows, And the falcon’s eye has not caught sight of it. The proud beasts [and their young] have not walked on it, Nor has the fierce lion passed over it. Man puts his hand on [and tears apart] the flinty rock; He overturns the mountains at the base [looking for treasure]. He cuts out channels and passages among the rocks; And his eye sees every precious thing. Man dams up the streams from flowing [so that they do not trickle into the mine], And what is hidden he brings out to the light. Job 28:1‭-‬11 AMP. For You have tested us, O God; You have refined us as silver is refined. You brought us into the net; You laid a heavy burden [of servitude] on us. You made men (charioteers) ride over our heads [in defeat]; We went through fire and through water, Yet You brought us out into a [broad] place of abundance [to be refreshed]. Psalms 66:10‭-‬12 AMP
