My name is Pádraig. I am 12 and am proud of my Down syndrome.

Welcome to my 'Monday Motivation Paudcast' page. I started this Paudcast last year as a way of keeping busy, staying out of trouble, and spreading some positivity. :-) I hope you can take some joy, and motivation from them too.

I share my videos every Monday across my social media channels, so please follow me there too. And I would really love you to share and comment on my Paudcasts there, I love reading your feedback. Keep an eye out for exciting news coming soon.

I am currently in Glasgow for a few days, so it only seemed right to head over to Celtic Park to give a little nod to our Irishness.
