Affirmations in New Thought and New Age terminology refer primarily to the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment—fostering a belief that "a positive mental attitude supported by affirmations will achieve success in anything." More specifically, an affirmation is a carefully formatted statement that should be repeated to one's self and written down frequently. For affirmations to be effective, it is said that they need to be present tense, positive, personal and specific.

That's the truth of it as the future is not going to look the same as we thought it would a few weeks ago..
Everyone needs to look for a Plan B and believe me it is out there you just have to be open minded enough to look for it. 6 year ago I was actually working as a Life Coach as well as running my business as a Behaviourist/Trainer. I spent my time teaching people how to change their life's and get rid of negative believes that where no longer serving them. I loved doing this as it helped me also to control my own negative self believes that haunted me due to a nervous break down many year previous. I have recently rekindled my love for helping people and coaching. Many people have put up barriers and allowed set believes to become so ingrained that now change is upon us they simply can not or will not allow themselves to drop the barriers. We have to drop this whole "everything will go back to normal" act, it won't!! we have to change and we have to adapt. I am personally 50yrs old and in 15yrs I will be retiring but I know in 2yrs time I will be financially free. Not through training dogs though as that's my passion, that's what I want to do for the rest of my life. I am adapting and making huge steps to change and along the way I am helping others to do the same and that's where I have rekindled my passion for helping people change their lives….
