For this episode Lily chats with Pamila who works at BEAT (Beat Eating Disorders), to raise awareness for eating disorders. We talk about what they are, the signs and symptoms, possible causes, and how to support someone going through this. There is plenty of free support out there for anyone suffering or wondering how to approach someone who may show signs of an eating disorder.

NTU Disability, Health and Inclusion Video Podcast
This discussion focuses on disability, health, wellbeing and inclusion at university. Three NTU undergraduate students share their personal experiences of managing their health condition or disability alongside their studies. Learn more about the support they have received and some top tips for first years, second years and final years. This is a great episode for anyone with a disability or health condition preparing to start university, or for current students who are unsure about the support available. It is hoped that this discussion helps to increase disability awareness and awareness around the support that can help disabled students to thrive in higher education.

Settling into University life
