This episode is a reminder to give yourself permission to be the BOSS of your self-care. Don't forget you are in charge of more than just school lunches, bath time, and soccer games. You are INCHARGE OF YOU.

Dear Mom,
Who were you before you became a mom? You were a woman with hopes, dreams and desires. I want all moms to realize they can have it all. Stop sacrificing your health and well-being. You are so important. How can you possibly know what it feels like to feel great if your always in survival mode? If you don't practice self-care on a regular basis, you are probably feeling very depleted.
My moto is this. Taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of your kids. How much longer can you go on giving when the well is beyond empty? If you want to start stepping into the best version of yourself, take a few minutes to listen to my tips. I was right where you are not too long ago.
