Jennifer experienced a relationship that was full of trauma in 2017 and is still working through the healing process. The silver lining is that she now has an amazing story that sheds light on toxic relationships and the subtle signs to look out for.

Today we are speaking with our very own co-host Amanda Dalrymple! Have you ever met someone that just lights up a room and everyone around them? Amanda is this type of person. She always remains positive and always finds a way to overcome challenges. Amanda has worked in various fields but has ultimately decided that the entrepreneurial life is what works best for her. Despite her fears and the challenge of having very little experience building a business of her own, she pushed on and is now the proud owner of two businesses that are fulfilling and offer the freedom she has always wanted. What is timeline therapy? Timeline therapy is a way to go back and find memories that carry strong emotions and heal them. Renee walks us through the benefits of doing this work including physical health issues that can occur due to holding in negative beliefs, feelings and emotions.
This healing technique is for everyone, but soldiers use timeline therapy to heal PTSD and parents can use this therapy to connect with their children more and improve the relationships they have with their children.

Sarah is dedicated to telling stories that uplift, inform and inspire as well as showcase strong female role models on screen.
Prior to working in documentaries Sarah worked as a field producer on the hit ABC show Dancing with the Stars for 10 seasons as well as shows on NBC, MTV, Lifetime, Bravo and the Food Network. Sarah is an inspiring public speaker and an adjunct professor in documentary film, passionate about empowering the next generation of storytellers.
