Randalyn sprung this topic on me day of recording and I loved it.  I walked over to my bookshelf and pulled off a few of my favorite children's books and we just chatted about inspiration.  We mostly talk about children's books of all shapes, sizes and forms, but really the point is you can look for and find inspiration anywhere. My favorite quote from this episode went something like this: When I think of networking, it's not about the quantity of people I know, but the quality of relationships I share with them.

We talked about networking, but we got creative with it.  We wanted to share how networking can be beneficial (and potentially fun) when you do it in a different way. I talk about why reflection is important and what you will get out of doing it. I also discuss ways to reflect. One of the key things is, it looks different for everyone! What a fun episode this was! I love talking about productivity. This is an area where many people have great opportunity to maximize. I know for me once I aligned my schedule up to my productive time my world just got a whole lot better!  I hope you not just enjoy this one, but walk away with a lesson learned that you can use to improve your productivity.

Randalyn's Notes: If you ask anyone that knows me, they will probably tell you I'm obsessed with the word joy. (I believe the word is powerful and purposeful, and for that reason, it's incredibly welcomed in my life.) When Jen and I sat down to record this, we had other intentions, but we went with the flow, and joy consumed us. I'm hoping as you listen, joy will consume you for what's to come in 2021. Jennifer's Notes: We had planned to talk about celebrating our 2020 wins, and the conversation took a turn. Though we talked about celebrations, we really started to touch on the power of joy and gratitude.  Being grateful is a tool that is often underused. I hope you walk away reflecting on joy, how you will celebrate and what you will do to be grateful in the moment through 2021.

Jennifer's Notes: Silence! This was a fun episode. Silence is a very often underused communication skill.
