Is it health or is it racism?

Is it health or is it racism?

This podcast discusses stereotypes within the health field such as African Americans having worse health outcomes than white Americans.  We really dive into the reasons as to why this type of anomaly occurs. We conclude with an understanding that while the care that we, as African Americans, receive may play a major part in our health outcomes, racism is the driving factor for these outcomes. Insightful topic to look up is Dr. Robert Ballard- the Father of Environmental Justice!
