Making scrambled eggs seems like a no-brainer, but really, there are a couple of secrets that make scrambled eggs, well, perfect. I did a little research (and ate a lot of scrambled eggs while I did) and here's what I found. There are a few things that help the scramble, but make life a little harder (like using a sauce pan instead of a non-stick skillet: the eggs turned out nicely, but cleaning the sauce pan was... not worth it, in my humble opinion); so I left that out. Improving your scrambled-eggs-skills may not change the world, but it will change breakfast, forever!
