From her research, Dee Coxon discovered that there was a huge disconnect between menopause training for women and menopause training for managers.
And because they are two entirely different things, being managed as one, this is where the problem was found to exist. This means that in a workplace environment, managers are just as unsupported as those they are required to support. The result being a lose-lose situation and one that Dee was determined to remedy.
