My son, Nathan, had to create a podcast episode for his Year 9 English assignment. He chose the sport of Curling, as he plays it regularly in Perth, Western Australia, and it's been featured a lot in the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, with home country Australia reaching the Olympic Mixed Doubles Curling - the first time Australia EVER represented in Olympic Curling.

I promised Nathan I would publish he episode here at Distant Grey Gaming if he did a good job. So...he only managed to get an interview with Australian Olympic hero Dean Hewitt! So what else could I do but publish his amazing work?

The crew of "The Barclay "has been at sea for 13 months. There’s salt in their beards, and weevils in the biscuits!

Taking inspiration from Moby Dick, Full Fathom Five puts Distant Grey Gaming aboard a whaling vessel in the Pacific Ocean in 1847. As the ship sails across the Pacific Ocean strange and terrible events unfold.

In this fabulous final episode of Full Fathom Five the crew of The Barclay realise that whales were the last thing the Captain had his mind on, and now it's far too late to change course.

EXCLUSIVE - Distant Grey Gaming speaks with module creator, Paul Fricker. Paul has co-written numerous books for Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition, including: Call of Cthulhu Keeper Rulebook, Investigator Handbook, Masks of Nyarlathotep, and Two-Headed Serpent. Paul's scenarios include Gatsby and the Great Race and Dockside Dogs.
