Post Concussion Syndrome with Bella Paige
What happens when you get a concussion and then don't feel yourself afterwards.
Things should be going back to normal but you feel like you are not recovering like you should be.
Bella Paige is a concussion survivor who struggled for a long time with post concussion syndrome and her mental health, after numerous concussions and bad management from health care professionals, often owing to the fact that the information about concussion was in its infancy.
Bella now helps other people with post concussion syndrome, navigate through this complex and difficult problem.
In the podcast we discuss what post concussion syndrome is? what to look out for? and what to do about it if you think you might have it?
There are lots of personal anecdotes from Bella and also common themes that she finds in her community of post concussion survivors that she manages.
