Paying attention to pain and injuries.

We talk again about meaning, suffering, addiction, attention and the homunculus. How big does that body part become in your homunculus?

We talk about the acronyms PEACE & LOVE and how they are replacing RICE for Musculoskeletal Injury Rehabilitation, and we talk about the left and the right side of the brain, how they function differently and how that can impact societies and communities differently. 

We begin talking about running the London Marathon and the motivations behind doing so. Then moving on to talks about nutrition, allergies and IBS. These talks then move to responsibility, Logos and the 4 Agreements. 

We cover what it means to be an Osteopath and how Expectations affect Pain. We also cover the practice of Therapy, talk a little about the Bible, Consciousness and then finish talking a small amount about Stars.

Persistent Pain (or more commonly known as Chronic Pain, but we don't like that term) is a widely mistreated and misunderstood issue. In this podcast, we talk about Alexis's experience in treating people in pain, the course we are building to help people better understand pain and how it can be an opportunity, not a dead end.
