“When I Grow Up I Want To Be A Mortgage Loan Officer” Episode1 From The Mortgage Loan Bros Podcast
You just tuned into the MORTGAGE LOAN BROS podcast. The title of this episode is When I Grow Up, I Want To Be A Mortgage Loan Officer.
Let me ask you a question.
When you were a young child you might have been asked what do you want to be when you grow up. When I was a kid most would say fireman, policeman scientist, doctor, dentist, etc. no one ever said mortgage loan officer.
They all eventually became mortgage loan officers and with their combined mortgage loan industry experience of over 50 plus years have helped numerous individuals, families, and investors own their own homes and take part in the American dream, established paths in creating wealth and pride.
Listen as they laughed at and with each other, told some of their funny, heartwarming, and motivational stories, anecdotes, and philosophies after they are asked the question...
What did you want to be when you grow up? I want you to meet my friends Dennis Gamalinda, Gio Peralta,DD and Emmanuel “Ronnie” Reyes. THE MORTGAGE LOAN BROS

Before I introduce you to our guests, let's bring into the conversation my co-host Craig Obligacion Wilson. Aka as the derby one. .. How are you, Craig? Missed you at our last podcast.
There is an old saying that "don't judge a book by its cover" is a metaphorical phrase that means one shouldn't prejudge the worth or value of something by its outward appearance alone. Our guests for today's episode kind of sort of goes against that phrase. When she designs product packaging she hopes that you are influenced by the cover. We are very fortunate to have her here today to talk about her company and how her company has in many ways redefined many products not just from the Philippines to be more successful in the U.S. market. She is artistic, a community activist, an amazing home chef, a homemaker, and an interior designer. The proud mother of Jose Enriquez. Professionally she is an active member of
- Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Nevada
- Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO)
- She has a degree from UST and taught Industrial Design at UP Diliman.
- Studied at the University of the Philippines and Santo Tomas
- Co-Founder of an internationally known design company located in Las Vegas Nevada called Luna Design International
I got a bonus for this interview today. They say that ASK AND YOU SHALL YOU RECEIVE. I asked and I have another person that I want to introduce to you on this podcast.
He Was the Design Director at the Design Center, United Nations Expert in Merchandise Development for Exports, multiple stints as CITEM’s Manila FAME shows, And his work has been featured in several international showrooms in US, Europe, and Asia. A designer with a disciplined approach to aesthetics and balance steered many companies to win Philippine’s prestigious Golden Shell Awards, which is given to exporters who reach $1M in export sales.

Audio article: MORE Philippine government support for Philippine exporters
It's the first of hopefully the many podcast that will help redefine Philippine products in the U.S. market. In this episode, Ferdinand B. Soriano, founder of Planet63, reads and summarizes an uplifting article by Manila Bulletin. The article is about the very much needed support being provided by the Philippine government to the Philippine businesses who want to export their products globally. According to the article, year over year, the Philippine government increases its support for the Philippine businesses. What kind of support? Consistent support in education and making the process of exporting a little bit easier.
