We're all out! We don't have any. We're backed up. It seems like no matter what you're looking for these days, there's a massive shortage. The supply chain is broken and shipments aren't getting in. Need food? We're out of ketchup, Chic-Fil-A sauce, and chicken wings. Need shelter? We're out of housing and even wood. Thinking about sleeping in your car instead? We can't make more of those because we don't have computer chips. Amidst all this we bet you didn't even notice we're running low on other random things like paper bags, chlorine, and tennis balls. In this episode, we break down the shortage of everything and reflect on just how weird the supply chain got in the weirdest year ever.

In our season #1 finale, we’re coming after job interviews and the corporate recruiting process. You know, those things that you stay up all night stressing out about when you’re looking for a job? Companies are bad at evaluating talent, it turns out. Interviews are really ineffective and biased. Case interviews are even worse, and we’d like to see them go away completely. And why do we need AI in our interview process?! If you’ve ever been discouraged while job hunting or interviewing, we hope you’ll relate, and if you are in charge of a company’s hiring process, we hope you’ll reevaluate your practices.

We’re probably not the most qualified people to talk about Imposter Syndrome, but we did it anyway.
