Explanation/Apology/Reason
In this, the final publication of NamePending? Network and the NamePending? Podcast, I djvolqu talk about the why of what is happening. I BEG you to please just listen to all I have to say with open ears and an open heart.
This may be hard for all of you to listen to, but believe you me when I say that this is so much harder for me after putting over two thousand dollars and thousands of hours of work into this show. Know that it is not all for naught, as there will be something new and beautiful coming soon.

World of Tale Pt 1
This is the second attempt to get the World of Tale up and out there for all of you. We hope this time that it gets to iTunes and other sources.

This week we are starting to talk about maintaining your physical health, and this week our tip is to just get active. Go out and do something to get the blood pumping and raise your heart rate! Whether it's a walk on a nice day, going for a run, hitting the gym, longboarding, etc. just get out there and do something that you enjoy! The more that you get the heart rate above resting, it releases endorphins and adrenaline that help you to feel better. It's also proven that those who exercise, even lightly, sleep better at night!

Ok, so we have our list of things to look at for mental health that we have been looking at over the past month. 1 -- remind yourself that you are loved 2 -- look for the positive throughout your day 3 -- take note of the positives and try to write down 10-16 different things from the day And now Also take time to make plans with people that you enjoy hanging around with. Make it a priority and ask them to make it a priority along with you. If you have time with those you love and make you laugh and feel good in the moment, it will uplift your thoughts and emotions. Take the time and effort to make those times happen throughout the week and throughout your month. One thing that we do here at NamePending? is enjoy our time together. We get together to make a podcast for you, but also for us to get out of our worlds for a little bit and enjoy something that we are creating, even if @djvolqu has more power over it than others :D That being said, keep working towards your mental health, if you have any questions or need help or someone to talk to, we are here for you.
