Anime openings from the 10s - First Half
This decade will be split in two episodes as well, because there’s so much to listen to from completely different backgrounds, genres and artists, classic and new ones! This decade is also called as the golden age of Isekai, but we have just one... and a half, probably! Anyway it’s not my favourite anime genre, so it’s understandable. Forgive me, please!
In this episode we´ll hear:
- Madoka Magica - Connect (ClariS)
- Nichijou - Hyadain no Kakakata Kataomoi-C (Maeyamada Kenichi)
- Sword Art Online - Crossing Field (LiSA)
- Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure - Jojo Sono chi no Sadame (Tommy)
- Kill La Kill - Sirius (Eir Aoi)
- Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (Battle Tendency) - Bloody Stream (Coda)
- Shingeki no Kyojin - Guren no Yumiya (Linked Horizon)
- Nanatsu no Taizai - Netsujö no Spectrum (Ikimono-gakari)
- Haikyuu - Imagination (Sypair)
- Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (Stardust Crusaders) - Stand Proud (Jin Hashimoto)
Anime openings from the 00s - Second Half
The 90s looked far away when we looked back in 2005, so in this part of the decade we will hear as openings really different sounds, like darker rock, cheesier pop and, why not, some folk. A few seiyuus were also confirming themselves as singers, abandoning the voice acting eventually and focusing on their musical carreer. And anime itself went to a darker stage on genres and topics, while 3D animation was claiming its place in the game.
In this episode we´ll hear:
- Saint Seiya - Pegasus Forever (Marina del Ray)
- Nana - Rose (Anna Tsuchiya)
- Deathnote - The World (Nightmare)
- Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuutsu - Bouken Desho Desho? (Aya Hirano)

Anime openings from the 00s - First Half
The new millenium arrived and japanese animation shifted to new genres while classic franchises like Gundam or Dragon Ball were still the most watched animes. Also, new artists appeared in the Anisong scene with powerful songs that made them well known. In this episode we´ll hear:
- Inuyasha - Change The World (V6)
- Digimon Tamers - The Biggest Dreamer (Koji Wada)
- Naruto - Haruka Kanata (Asian Kung-Fu Generation)
- Gundam SEED - Invoke (T.M. Revolution)
- Fullmetal Alchemist - Melissa (Porno Graffitti)

- Beck - Hit In The USA (Beat Crusaders)
- Rozen Maiden - Kinjirareta Asobi (Ali Project)
- Basilisk - Kouga Ninpouchou (Onmyouza)
- Paradise Kiss - Lonely In Gorgeous (Tommy February6)
Anime openings from the 90s
