GRACE, as the emotion, is very active contrary to how it has traditionally been translated as. It is the very movement into and out of animation and therefore it can host incredible disturbance.  Please note that a disturbance does not mean harm - a disturbance is often times necessary to evolve and to organize.

Preservation, the emotion, is all about the locating, clarifying and enforcement of BOUNDARIES.  It is by way of these clearly enforced boundaries do we preserve our vital life force.

Rest, the emotion, is an incredibly supportive quality as our world shifts from habitual panic and overwhelm into that of true observation.
When one lands, one has the potential to truly observe.  When we observe we begin to make responsible and effective discernments as to how best we move forward. This is where our momentum becomes graceful.

Waikau (Wallichiana), the fern of COURAGE, is all about the expansion of the heart.   The heart is known as the coven of the HERO.  Courage is the highest quality of the hero.  Courage is not so much about physical strength as it is about one's ability to share and receive, to honor presence and intimacy -- it takes incredible confidence and bravery to honor intimacy. 

TRUTH, the emotion, is all about my memory of my agreement.  This is the understanding of "why am I here?"
Simple Truth is the reversal of Amnesia.  Amnesia is the overwhelming illness/distortion of the human consciousness.  A resurrection and affirmation of my own TRUTH will overwhelm the amnesia and incite the reprisal of collective knowing and thus collective harmonization. 

Patience, the emotion, is perhaps our greatest asset as me move forward in this the Great Dismantling.  What is our trajectory? Where are we going? Why are we going there?  The key is discernment and KIHE, the emotion of PATIENCE, is all about discernment.
