20 Baby Products I will be Using Again with Baby #2
Pilosas, if any of are expecting a baby or have been invited to a baby shower, here are my favorite 20 baby products that I will be using again with Baby #2, to help you get a practical and awesome gift!
- Nose Frida for mucus control
- Brestfriend for holding baby during breastfeeding sessions, i even bought the inflatable one for travel
- Coconut oil for sore nipples
- Nursing pads to prevent thrush
- Willow wireless pump
- Sound machine, simple one has worked for us, but we recently started using the hatch bc of the light function so Leilani knows when it is time to wake up and if she sees it red it is still time to be in bed
- Black out curtain, travel one has been amazing
- Nanit baby camera
- Wyze baby camera for travel
- Cloth diapers, we used prefolds and covers from Thirsties, rumparooz, flip, with snaps not velcro and we loved them (might do a separate episode on cloth diapers)
- Carrier this was helpful, but this time around I actually bought a wrap for right away until baby is 1 and a separate carrier that my toddler can use in case she wants me to also carry her like she will see me carry baby
- Bibs that are lined and don’t get baby wet
- Activity center from skiphop that has grown with our daughter, she began using it as a bouncer, then she would use it to learn to stand and now it’s her activity table, it was my nephews but he barely used it so it was pretty new when we got it
- Travel stroller
- Burley Trailer for our bikes
- Love to dream swaddle
- Nugget sofa
- Travel car seat
- Comotomo bottles
- A tent type play pen, the california beach co, was amazing

She is NOT Your Competition
In this episode, I talk about community over competition, which lately I feel is a term that is used a lot, and believe me I am all for it, but it has been hard to get to a point where I genuinely feel it for other women and vice versa. Join me to listen to some of the real-life stories that I have lived through regarding this feeling of competition and what I have learned along the way.
I hope you consider these ways in which you can truly feel the community aspect of the women you interact with and can stop feeling like any woman is your competition. It feels so much better to lift each other up and help each other along the way, especially when there are so many outside forces that want to make it harder for us to grow. Stay motivated y como siempre a ponerse las pilas!
