B for Bonding | A-Z affirmation meditations by Pooja Prahlad

Affirm for bonding and non judgement | B is for bonding. Today, I will bond with people I meet knowing that we are all mirror reflection of each other in this world. What’s within us is what we see in people around us. Today, I will bond in the awareness that the other is myself, just in disguise. Through this bond of communion or being in one unified field, I let go off the illusion of separate self. Separateness comes from the ego. I will consciously see synchrocities in this harmonious orchestra the universe plays and I will connect with the web of relationships that creates the whole universe.

I will listen to this bonding with deep listening. This is the gift I share with the world. I listen with my heart mind and soul. I will notice the good qualities of people around me and express my appreciation towards them through words , gestures and actions. I will not judge the other for how they feel because judging others is judging the self and earlier, we have committed to accepting the self as is. I will feel just what they feel and through this empathetic resonance, I accept divine downloads, wisdom and all that is eavesdropping on the mind of god.
Today I will bond with others in the awareness that the other is just myself in disguise.

Affirm for living through compassion and kindness | C is for compassion. Today, I see a stranger through the eyes of compassion. Before I act out of ego which actually creates separateness, I will remind myself that this stranger has parents and people who love her or him JUST LIKE ME. I will remind myself that this stranger has moments of joy JUST LIKE ME. I will remind myself that this stranger has moments of anguish and suffering JUST LIKE ME. I will remind myself that this stranger will one day grow old JUST LIKE ME. I will remind myself that this stranger will go through the cycles of illness and recovery JUST LIKE ME. I will remind myself that this stranger will one day die JUST LIKE ME. Through the eyes of compassion I will look at all people I meet not as a stranger but as a living soul JUST LIKE ME.

Affirm for inner confidence enhancement | C is for confidence. Today, I step into my power with confidence knowing I’m the architect of my life. I rest in the awareness that my confidence gets stronger everyday as my thoughts words and actions are always aligned. Today, I feel good JUST BEING ME. My confidence brings the best of opportunities for me to experience. With this confidence I move forward in life to create everything in my reality. Today I realise my power to co create my life through this confidence. Today and everyday, when I stand I stand up tall. When I sit, I sit up straight. Today, I radiate this light of confidence onto the world. Today, I show up in the world with utmost confidence yet kind and humble.

Affirm for grounding. B is for breath work. Today, I allow life flow through and to me through breath. I realise that I am the breath and it is the anchor I go back to realign and unravel to being myself. I rest in the awareness of the power I can step into or call back at any given point of time by regulating my breath to take control of my thoughts and emotions, pivot and shift energies for the better. Take a deep breath knowing every moment is a new moment and you have the power to step into a field of infinite new possibilities and change the course of life by doing your Breathwork.

Today I allow the goodness of life to flow to and through me.

A for Acceptance | A-Z affirmation meditation by Pooja Prahlad

Affirm for self acceptance and self love- A is for acceptance. Today, I accept myself just the way I am. I reaffirm that I’m a beautiful person inside out, just as I am. Today, I accept my whole existence just the way it is knowing I am unique and I have something special to offer to the world. Today and everyday, I will love myself just as I am. Through self love and compassion, I’m going to love myself in all ways that spark joy in me and in ways I want the world to love me. I say this out loud “thank you divine for making me just the way I am”. Knowing I am always loved, I see and accept the world just as it is without any skewed layers or judgements. I wake up everyday and choose to accept and love myself just the way I am. I let go of judging myself and fill that space with self acceptance, self love and kindness.

In this new lens of awareness that I wholly accept myself I feel peace, harmony, laughter and love.

Meditation with intention has the power to deepen your transformation in life physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and engage the body and spirit towards balance, healing and rejuvenation. I have curated short affirmations that you can listen to and repeat or meditate upon. Each of these affirmations are in alphabetical order and talks bout a quality that you’d want to imbibe to lead a balanced and holistic life with greater purpose. Please sit in a silent corner with no disturbance. Place your feet on the ground with palm facing upwards. If you are sitting on the ground, sit in leg crossed position with palms facing upwards in receiving mode. Take 3 deep breaths with your eyes closed. Calm down and open your heart up to receive just a little more! Feel all my love for you emit through a beam of white light. Start listening to the affirmations and meditate over it. Keep the focus on your breath. Anytime you get distracted and have sensations in your body, know that you can safely come back to your breath and anchor in the moment to focus back in the meditation. Have a blissful time meditating and don’t forget to keep an intention for the day - for yourself and for the betterment of the world. Let your intentions go off to the divine source. Remember, intention, attention and expectations are important but it is also important to let that go off to divine source who will figure out the when, how and why! Have a good time.
