Sir Ivan Rogers, Part 2: After the Referendum
Sir Ivan Rogers was the UK Permanent Representative to the EU (November 2013 – January 2017). In Part 2 of our conversation he reflects on the Brexit process after the referendum. After leaving government, he made a number of widely acclaimed public speeches in which he gave a forensic analysis of the difficulties of the Brexit process and the hard choices facing Brexit Britain. His Liverpool speech was published as the book, 9 Lessons in Brexit.

An Interview with John Erik Fossum
John Erik Fossum is Professor at ARENA, Centre for European Studies, University of Oslo. He is a leading thinker on differentiation in Europe, and coordinator of a large-scale research project called EU3D (Differentiation, Dominance, Democracy). In this interview, he discusses the analytical framework for the project. He also discusses the prospect that Norway could provide a model for the future post-Brexit EU-UK relationship.
Perspectives of Early Career Scholars

This episode features an interview with Ernst Hirsch Ballin, the former Minister of Justice for the Netherlands and distinguished legal scholar. He talks about his new co-authored book, European Variations as a Key to Cooperation, which is an important contribution to the literature on differentiated integration in the European Union.

An Interview with Sir Jonathan Faull

Sir Jonathan was the head of the taskforce that negotiated the deal with David Cameron which was meant to prevent Brexit. In this episode, he reflects on a 38-year career in the European Commission and 47 years of British membership in the EU.
