Aaron Hamlin is the executive director and co-founder of The Center for Election Science. He has been featured as an electoral systems expert, given talks on different voting methods across the country, and written for publications such as Deadspin, USA Today Magazine, Independent Voter Network.  We will be discussing the pros and cons of approval voting and how it compares to ranked choice voting. We will also take a look into the recent approval voting election in St. Louis and how approval voting impacted the results there.

Destiny Clayton is a Green Party candidate running for Governor of Michigan. We will be discussing her campaign and where we can collaborate on topics such as criminal justice reform, drug decriminalization, and sex work.

JC Cook is a political activist who works with Vermin Supreme and Vermin Supreme Institute. He is also one of the hosts of Let This Podcast Run Your Life and is currently running for Mayor of Athens, Texas. We'll be talking about his plans for the position of Mayor, how radical and compassionate messaging can be a better way to connect with people.

Kryssi Wichers is the most powerful Libertarian activist, host of the Kryssi and Friends Show, the ultimate Spike Cohen harasser, and is an all around bad ass. She has a history of actually getting things done and forming coalitions with other parties to do so.  On this very special 4/20 episode, we will be talking about Cannabis reform, decriminalization work, de-escalation tactics, and how forming coalitions can help us change laws and make the world better for everyone. Kat Murti is a libertarian, feminist, and activist, with close to two decades of experience in the Liberty Movement. She is the co-founder and executive director of Feminists for Liberty, a grassroots group dedicated to promoting libertarian feminist ideas and voices. She has also worked to collaborate and form coalitions with other third parties.   We will be discussing effective communication, her thoughts on coalition building and grassroots activism, and how best to market ourselves to attract new activists to the movement.

Sasha Cohen is a candidate for Dekalb City Clerk. Carolyn Fiddler is the Communications Director for Daily Kos and a voting rights and state politics expert with a deep understanding of state legislative policymaking.   We will be discussing the awful "Election Integrity Act of 2021" that was passed this past week in Georgia, other voter rights bills happening across the country, and state legislation that third parties and progressive Dems can collaborate on.

Stacey Prussman is a headlining stand-up comic, a radio host, actress, and NYC Mayoral Candidate. She is running to improve the quality of life for New Yorkers and give them a say in how their city government is run. Her platform revolves around transferring power from government to people.

Dan Fishman is the Executive Director of People for Liberty and the former Executive Director of the Libertarian Party. We will be talking about collaborative efforts between third parties and what was successful/unsuccessful in his time as the Executive Director of the LP.

Nancy Rivera and her daughter started a nonprofit called Bridge Kids Give Back. They work to provide food, clothing, supplies, and uplift the homeless/unhoused communities in Massachusetts. We will be talking about how the group started and how you can help grow the effort and make a huge difference in peoples' lives.

Cathy Reisenwitz has been published in The Week, Newsweek, Forbes, the Daily Beast, VICE Motherboard, Reason magazine, Talking Points Memo, Ravishly, Kink and Code and other publications. She is the VP of Comms for San Francisco Sex-Positive Democratic Club and a regular contributor to Exponents Magazine. 

We'll be diving into Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, SESTA and FOSTA, and how best to protect and decriminalize sex work in the US.

Christine Olivo is an activist, community leader, and candidate running for Congress in Florida's 24th Congressional District. We will be talking about criminal justice reform, ending the wars, and her volunteer work with the True Gospel Center, the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, and Real Justice.

Brianna Coyle is an activist and leader in the New York Libertarian Movement. She is the Outreach Director for Outright Libertarians and a State Coordinator for both the Libertarian Radical Caucus and Youth Caucus of New York. We talk about Libertarian Centrism, coalitions with the left, and the misconceptions of the Libertarian Party.

Leon Rivera is a community leader, activist, and running for Boston City Council in District 7. He is a cofounder of the South End - Roxbury Community Partnership and is continuously working to make his community better for everyone. We discuss the work done, the complexity of Methadone Mile, and his run for Boston City Council.

Domingos DaRosa is a father, community leader, activist, coach, and running for Boston City Council, At Large. He is a cofounder of the South End - Roxbury Community Partnership and has been working with his community to help work towards positive change for everyone on Methadone Mile. We will be discussing the challenges and the issues surrounding Methadone Mile and how the group is working to make a difference for everyone in their community.

Yahaira Lopez is a mother, community leader, autism advocate, and one of the founders of the South End - Roxbury Community Partnership. It is a grassroots based advocacy group seeking to improve the quality of life for ALL in their community. The group has partnered with many different organizations throughout the community and we will be talking about some of them on the show!

This week, I speak with Ari Gabrek. They had an event going on this past weekend, down in New Orleans, benefiting the Trans Resource Network Of Louisiana (TRNOLA). We will also be talking more about TRNOLA, Mutual Aid, and Direct Action.

This Tuesday, we speak with a long time friend of mine, Travis Wentworth. Travis received his PhD from the University of Kansas in Chemical Engineering and he is an expert in cybersecurity, networking and computer modeling.  He is passionate and incredibly knowledgeable in the emerging technologies surrounding cryptocurrency. We will be taking a crash course look into the world Bitcoin, blockchain and the impact of decentralized systems on the way we interact with government, corporations and each other.

This Thursday, we speak with Thomas Daniel Quiter. We discuss disability advocacy and the good and bad outcomes of cannabis legalization.

Ashley is the Chairwoman of the Outright Libertarians, Director of Education at the Vermin Supreme Institute, she is on the North Adams Human Services Commission and the Board of Directors at Berkshire Stonewall Community Coalition.   We will be talking about how love and compassion should lead the conversation of Liberty, Outright Libertarians, and the work Ashley is already doing in her local community.

Sharon Hinton is a Mother, Educator, Community Activist, and Founder of Black Teachers Matter. We will be talking about effective community development, social change, and about how Black Teachers Matter is making a difference in teachers lives. We also talk about her consideration for Boston School Committee. 

Jeremy is a political activist and leader in the Students for Liberty and the Libertarian Party. Jeremy also runs Little Liberty, aiming to promote economic and financial literacy, primarily in communities of color.

Dave is running for Chair of the Libertarian Party of Tennessee. We talk about ways to use love and compassion to spread the philosophy of Libertarianism.

In this week's episode, we get to talk to the 2020 VP candidate, Libertarian activist, and my friend, Spike Cohen.   We will discuss how to create a culture of winning, how to make healthcare affordable for everyone, and how we can build bridges with other parties to pass ballot measures and elect candidates who fight for similar goals.

This week we speak with Jacob Urena who is running for a seat on Boston's City Council in District 4.   We talk about what happened in DC, Boston's problems, and how we can work together to help make positive change. My sibling, Dakota Britton-Barrows.  We will be giving tips on how to talk with family members with differing political ideologies, they are going to give us some insight on how best to welcome queer people into our lives, and will be giving us a crash course on pronouns.
