Pour Me Another

Lets go back to a time when everything was good and the world was more simple.  It's a time long ago...like...3 months.  This is a great interview with one of my best friends and his lovely soon to be wife.  We had a great time making this episode.  Enjoy!

*VOLUME WARNING* This episode has some really high peaks as our microphones were set a bit too sensitive.  This week I had the opportunity to interview my long time family friend Luther Shell and his husband Ben Blaise.  We discussed their careers, music, nursing, marketing, and their experiences as gay men in the modern age. Near the end Ben played some of his original music for us.  The sound is a little rough around the edges on this one because of microphone sensitivity but I thoroughly enjoyed recording it and I hope you enjoy listening. 

I woke up, had some coffee and decided to record.  I talk about my jacked up life, coffee, playing guitar, a couple movies, and a light political message about unity. Thanks for listening.

I'm finally back but I needed to say some things about what I've been going through and about someone I love very much. This week I begin the new format to be followed for the shows duration.  I review the month of march and some good things that happened during.  I introduce the airplane of the month, the a-hole of the month, and douchebags of history segments.  Then I speak on the general topic of discussion...my personal love for weight lifting and my experiment with the keto diet.   I did forget to mention that I was drinking coffee for this episode.  I was nursing a bad hangover from a rowdy birthday party and needed the java to come back to life.  Also...I mentioned Justin Trudeau as the president of Canada...he's not...he's the Prime minister.  Oops.
