Ekam Sad Vipra Bahudha Vadanti' This aphorism is unquestionably applicable to the Maharajbhashya presented by Param Pujya Maharajji. Lord Shri Krishna Chandra Anandkand himself, considering the flute as a symbol, through various ragas and raginis, has led Arjuna on the spiritual path by interviewing him on the battlefield from various aspects of life and Brahmatattva. Today, when in the glare of cosmic opulences, the accumulation of material resources is becoming the purpose of life, as a result, today human beings are surrounded by sorrow, struggle and panic. There is no other means in Kaliyuga than breaking this circle and attaining the desired of realization from Brahmanand and surrendering oneself to the Supreme Father Supreme Soul, the Supreme Soul of the universe. The supernatural Gita in which tantra, mantra, yoga, knowledge, science are all contained, that is, by whose reading, recitation, contemplation, meditation, one gets the fruit of all yogas, sadhanas, chanting and tapasya (first chapter, p. 46) The tradition of drinking the nectar of Shrimad Bhagwat by various saints, sages and sages has been established in different periods from Maharishi Vyasji till today. Sadhguru explains to his devotees the importance and relevance of Shrimad Bhagwat in such a way that they should be able to do spiritual practice and worship. Following this background and tradition, Param Pujya Maharajji presented the esoteric meanings of the Gita, the philosophy contained in it, philosophy and theosophy in a simple, accessible and easy-to-understand form for the common devotees. He has given to his devotees. With his nectar of nectar, Param Pujya Maharajji has presented the esoteric prose commentary in the color of poetry so that the communication of emotion remains the central theme. The words and styles prevalent in the local language have been used without hesitation in this commentary so that the presented commentary can become the commentary of the common devotees. While taking a dip in this commentary form of knowledge Gangotri, it will be easy for the devotees to feel that Lord Krishna Himself is prompting them to walk on the path of Bhagavadhartha Karma and knowledge while removing their troubles, problems and doubts. After reading the commentary, the devotee, like Arjuna himself, is freed from fear, depression, hesitation, confusion etc., adopting the truth and moving on the path of action.

Patanjali Yoga darshan and Yoga Sutra

Patanjali Yoga darshan and Yoga Sutra

* 1.समाधिपाद
* 2.साधनपाद
* 3.विभूतिपाद एवं
* 4.कैवल्यपाद

Composed by Maharshi Patanjali Yoga Darshan is the main darshan out of the six Indian Darshans. The narrative encompasses the complete scientific and spiritual aspect of Yoga in four chapters.

* Samadhi Pada - on enlightenment
* Sadhana Pada – about practice
* Vibhuti Pada –about results
* Kaivalya Pada –about liberation

Yoga Darshan is also known as Patanjali Yoga Sutra in the whole world and is the only authentic Yoga Granth. The Yoga has everything to give to the man who searched for it outside and did not find it. To the extent that even the divine traveling through the purity of body, heart and mind gets installed in the form of God. Yoga is a lifestyle as well as life in itself. Whatever problems the modern world is faced with or will face in the future, the 99% solution to all those issues will be possible only through Yoga. Yoga is also called Samadhi, which means solution.

What is meditation know all about it. How many types are meditation. A detail description about meditation in Hindi . 1. Dhyan stills your five basic senses and opens the higher senses. In the other two, the five senses remain activated and there is only a false impression of going beyond.
2. Dhyan can be done only with a Guru; the other two require teachers and professionals.
3. Dhyan takes you towards reality, the other two towards your desires and other's desires.
4. In Dhyan, there is no pratyaya. While the other two require an object, which is perceived by the five senses.
5. Dhyan gives you siddhis and humility, the other two ego and a false impression of having visited various dimensions.
6. Dhyan can never be bought; it has to be earned by the Guru's grace. The other two are for sale.
7. Very minuscule people reach Dhyan. The other two have a 100% success rate, i.e. all reach it.
8. Dhyan makes you leave the physical world into higher pleasures. The other two take you deeper into the physical world.
9. Dhyan gives you the gyan of the Vedas without reading, the other two a false impression of knowing it all.
10. Dhyan gives you glow, radiance and youth. The other two make you a successful businessman, and you age as per the human genetic process.

PRANAYAMA
YOGIC BREATHING PROCESS

Prana means life force , and ayama signifies regulation or control . Thus pranayama means regulating the life force . Sages have linked this life force with the breath in a gross form . Every living being breathes and through the medium of the breath , the flow of prana and life in the body takes place . If one stops inhaling , the lack of pranas in the body is felt , discomfort and unrest prevail and if one is forced to keep on holding the breath , death finally comes . For this reason the sages have linked the breath with the life force . According to them , physical health can be gained by controlling prana shakti through the practices of pranayama , thus sustaining the body .

Karma Yoga(Eng) Philosophy by Swami Vivekananda

Karma yoga is a path to reach moksha (spiritual liberation) through work. It is rightful action without being attached to fruits or being manipulated by what the results might be, a dedication to one's duty, and trying one's best while being neutral to rewards or outcomes such as success or failure.

The Bhagavad Gita is an ancient Indian text that became an important work of Hindu tradition in terms of both literature and philosophy. The earliest translations of this work from Sanskrit into English were made around 1795 CE by Sir Charles Wilkins. The name Bhagavad Gita means “the song of the Lord”. It is composed as a poem and it contains many key topics related to the Indian intellectual and spiritual tradition. Although it is normally edited as an independent text, the Bhagavad Gita became a section of a massive Indian epic named “The Mahabharata”, the longest Indian epic. There is a part in the middle of this long text, consisting of 18 brief chapters and about 700 verses: this is the section known as the Bhagavad Gita. It is also referred to as the Gita, for short.

Sri Krishna is the central figure of the Bhagavad Gita. Sri Krishna is widely considered by Hindus to be an Avatar – a direct descent of God. During the Battle of Kurukshetra, Krishna gave Arjuna the immortal spiritual discourse of the Bhagavad Gita – Krishna taught a spiritual path of wisdom, devotion and discrimination. Sri Krishna also popularised devotional bhakti yoga through his time with Radha and the Gopis in Vrindavan.

Sri Krishna said in the opening section of the Bhagavad Gita: Sri Krishna was born in northern India in approximately 3,228 BCE. The Puranas consider Sri Krishna’s life to mark the passing of the Dvapara age into the Kali Yuga (current age) Krishna was born in prison to devout parents – Devaki and Vasudeva. At the time of his birth, his life was in danger because the tyrant Kamsa was seeking to kill him. It had been foretold that Kamsa would be killed by Devaki’s eighth child. Since Sri Krishna was the eighth child, he was smuggled out of prison to be raised by his foster parents Nanda and Yasoda in Gokula. Nanda lived a simple lifestyle and was a chief in the local Cow-herding community. The young Sri Krishna is often depicted in these days as being a mischievous child, who enjoyed playing pranks and having fun. Some worship Sri Krishna as the ideal child of innocence.

However, even in his young years, Krishna is reported to have killed demons Trinavarta and Putana. He is also said to have lifted a nearby hill – Govardhana to protect the villagers against the wrath of Indra.

Patañjali Yogasutra ( English) 2 of 195 , Yogah Chitta Vritti Nirodha

Patañjali Yogasutra ( English) 2 of 195 , Yogah Chitta Vritti Nirodha

This is the series of Yoga philosophy in this series I will explain whole Patanjali yoga sutra one by one all 195 sutra of all Pada i.e. Samadhipada, sadhanpada, vibhutipada and Kaivalyapada. The Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali are a collection of 196 Indian sutras (aphorisms) on the theory and practice of yoga. The Yoga Sutras were compiled prior to 400 CE by Patanjali who synthesized and organized knowledge about yoga from older traditions.[1][2][3] The Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali was the most translated ancient Indian text in the medieval era, having been translated into about forty Indian languages and two non-Indian languages: Old Javanese and Arabic.[4] The text fell into relative obscurity for nearly 700 years from the 12th to 19th century, and made a comeback in late 19th century due to the efforts of Swami Vivekananda, the Theosophical Society and others. It gained prominence again as a comeback classic in the 20th century.[5]
Before the 20th century, history indicates that the medieval Indian yoga scene was dominated by the various other texts such as the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Vasistha, texts attributed to Yajnavalkya and Hiranyagarbha, as well as literature on hatha yoga, tantric yoga and Pashupata Shaivism yoga rather than the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali.[6]
Hindu orthodox tradition holds the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali to be one of the foundational texts of classical Yoga philosophy.[7][8] However, the appropriation - and misappropriation - of the Yoga Sutras and its influence on later systematizations of yoga has been questioned by scholars such as David Gordon White,[5] but reaffirmed by others such as James Mallinson.[9]
Modern scholars of yoga such as Philipp A. Maas[10] and Mallinson[11] consider the Bhasya commentary on the Sutras to be Patanjali's own, and the Sutras to be his summary of older accounts of yoga. The combined document is thus considered to be a single work, the Pātañjalayogaśāstra.[11]

Chapter 49 Autobiography Of a Yogi Hindi

Chapter 49 Autobiography Of a Yogi Hindi

This is about Paramhans Yoganand ji Paramahansa Yogananda (born Mukunda Lal Ghosh; January 5, 1893 – March 7, 1952) was an Indian monk, yogi and guru who lived his last 32 years in America. He introduced millions to the teachings of meditation and Kriya Yoga through his organization Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) / Yogoda Satsanga Society (YSS) of India. A chief disciple of the Bengali yoga guru Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri, he was sent by his lineage to spread the teachings of yoga to the West, to prove the unity between Eastern and Western religions and to preach a balance between Western material growth and Indian spirituality. His long-standing influence in the American yoga movement, and especially the yoga culture of Los Angeles, led him to be considered by yoga experts as the "Father of Yoga in the West."

Paramhansa Yogananda was the first yoga master of India whose mission it was to permanently live and teach in the West. In the 1920s, as he criss-crossed the United States on what he called his "spiritual campaigns", his enthusiastic audiences filled the largest halls of America. His initial impact was truly impressive. But his lasting influence is greater still.

This audiobook, the version of which was first published in 1946, helped launch a spiritual revolution in the West. Only rarely does a sage of Paramhansa Yogananda's stature write a firsthand account of his life experiences. Followers of many religious traditions have come to recognize Autobiography of a Yogi as a masterpiece of spiritual literature. Yet, for all its depth, it is full of gentle humor, lively stories, and practical common sense. Now, with this audiobook, the 1946 edition is again available, with all its inherent power, just as the great master of yoga first presented it.

Yogananda was the first major Indian teacher to settle in America, and the first prominent Indian to be hosted in the White House (by President Calvin Coolidge in 1927);  his early acclaim led to him being dubbed "the 20th century's first superstar guru," by the Los Angeles Times. Arriving in Boston in 1920, he embarked on an successful transcontinental speaking tour before settling in Los Angeles in 1925. For the next two and a half decades, he gained local fame as well as expanded his influence worldwide: he created a monastic order, went on teaching-tours, bought properties for his organization in various California locales, and initiated thousands into Kriya Yoga.By 1952, SRF had over 100 centers in both India and the US; today, they have groups in nearly every major American city. His "plain living and high thinking" principles attracted people from all backgrounds among his followers.

He published his book Autobiography of a Yogi in 1946 to critical and commercial acclaim; since its first publishing, it has sold over four million copies, with HarperSan Francisco listing it as one of the "100 best spiritual books of the 20th Century". Former Apple CEO Steve Jobs had ordered 500 copies of the book for his own memorial, for each guest to be given a copy.The book has been regularly reprinted and is known as "the book that changed the lives of millions."A 2014 documentary, Awake: The Life of Yogananda, won multiple awards at film festivals around the world.

Chapter 45 Autobiography Of a Yogi Hindi

Chapter 45 Autobiography Of a Yogi Hindi
