She is a member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee as well as a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing.  During her law career, Amy represented the federal government in labor and employment actions at administrative hearings and before labor boards before moving to Bloomberg, LP. There she became a legal journalist and drafted synopses and opinions for subscribers and online consumption. Taylor Yunis join the commercial team as a third-generation real estate professional, having been involved in more than 3,000 transactions in residential and commercial sales and leasing.  Taylor previously worked with the LeFrak Organization (NYC's second-largest multifamily owner by unit count), and he managed leasing operations of more than 2,100 units throughout Brooklyn as well as the lease-up of a hotel to rental conversion in Sutton Place, Manhattan. Prior to joining LeFrak, Taylor spent six years leading the sales and marketing team of a privately held New York based real estate portfolio valued at $1.2 billion. Having acted as a consultant and agent for three of New York's premier real estate management companies, Taylor is highly skilled at identifying and executing the objectives of investors, developers and private owners.  Originally from New York’s Finger Lakes region, Taylor now resides in downtown Sarasota and holds a BA in English from the University of Rochester and is actively involved with its Alumni Association. Jonathan Hussar has specialized in high net worth personal insurance since 2011 where clients often have more complex insurance portfolios and exposures.  Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Florida State University in 2004 and he is a lifelong resident of Florida who stays involved in his community. He has been a mentor and volunteer with the Big Brother Big Sister program since 2011, and also volunteers with Habitat For Humanity. He and his wife Jill, have one daughter, Savannah, and a son, Caden.

He was an organizer of Sarasota Bank which sold in 2003 to Colonial Bank and of Insignia Bank which was sold in 2017 to Stonegate Bank.  His professional career has been in marketing and branding. He founded Sarasota-based Clarke Advertising & Public Relations in 1987 and held it until 2005, selling the firm to his managing partners. Prior to that, he held management positions with Tropicana Products and Chris-Craft.  In addition to the two banks, Tim has served on the boards of the Tervis Tumbler Company and FCCI Insurance Companies. He currently is on the board of SAGA Communications, a publicly-traded company and he chairs its audit committee.  Tim is very involved in community affairs and is past Chair of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and former chair of the Sarasota Season of Sculpture. He currently is on the board of the Sarasota Yacht Club and serves as a Guardian ad Litem in the child foster care program.  Today Tim and I speak about his career path that ultimately led him to his present endeavor at Gulfside Bank.  We also speak about the volatile state of the market, Tim's passion for boating and his involvement with the Sarasota Yacht Club as the present rear commodore.  Without further adieu, please enjoy this conversation with Tim Clarke.

Shay Atluru is President and CEO of DTC Engineers & Constructors.  Shay is an engineer at the helm of DTC and for the past 2 and 1/2 years has served as chair for the DSA which stands for Downtown Sarasota Alliance.  Shay and his team utilize their collective experience in engineering, environment, construction, and management to create high value, sustainable constructed projects.  Shay spent 22 years participating in the design and build of military construction projects in 26 states, the Caribbean and Central America. Shay has also participated in projects in South America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.  Shay has a Bachelors in Engineering and in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and has taken post-graduate studies in law, deconstruction, hazardous waste and contracts. Jill Geisdorf, Interior Designer, has designed interior spaces with Chic on the Cheap in Sarasota for the past decade.  Jill is an NCIDQ certified and LEED Accredited interior designer who graduated from UF before working for a while in the commercial sector designing hospitals in Atlanta.  Jill has developed extensive relationships with vendors, contractors and craftspeople that help her customers enjoy a better design and renovation experience.  She is known for strong project management, creative space-planning and increasing function to existing spaces.  Jill's strives for designing spaces that are smart, sophisticated and layered, yet approachable.  She encourages her clients to find their voice while stepping outside of their comfort zone.  This conversation provides an opportunity to learn more about Jill Geisdorf as an individual and about the principles, Jill designs interior spaces with.  Enjoy!

Preferred Shore Real Estate and D’Agostino Real Estate Group announce a partnership into a newly formed "Preferred Shore Commercial" entity.  D’Agostino Real Estate Group will merge into and operate under the "Preferred Shore Commercial" title and brand.  This new entity establishes a dedicated commercial practice with expert leadership within Preferred Shore to represent customers in commercial sales, leasing and development.  This partnership also creates an opportunity for Realtors who intend to specialize in commercial real estate to join Preferred Shore and benefit from expert guidance as well as implement advanced residential marketing disciplines that are rarely utilized in commercial listings.

Jason D'Agostino is a Sarasota native who specializes in real estate investment.
