Since 2012, Nishchal Kesarwani has provided free coaching and consulting to different companies and entrepreneurs. But now, that our team has expanded, we'd like to generate recurring revenue by charging hourly rate for consulting sessions. Nishchal specializes in helping businesses address their critical and complex challenges, identifies the issues affecting a company’s performance, reviews the available options, and plans a solution accordingly.

Summary: We want this passioned lady to represent Preseed in front of Delhi Furniture Company. Brijesh runs Delhi Furniture Company Pvt Ltd., which is a President of India awarded company. We want her to call and tell him there is a lot of business that she can have for him. We want to get into an agreement with him where he agrees to create a co-living space along with a bathroom for 6 people ( a hostel worthy space where 6 people can live together) and a co-working space for 10-15 people in communication with her as she design it/deem fit. We want a luxurious space of sorts. We want a date from him by which this place will be made ready. We also want to promote Brijesh’s Delhi furniture company, so the furniture and furnishings have to be so fine that people come in and ask where this furniture is coming from.
We are delighted to announce that our leadership team has expanded! We have hired a new General Manager Amit Srivastava who will report to our founder, Nishchal Kesarwani and focus on the day to day operations of the business as well as manage and expand our decentralised team.

Nishchal's message to team member M: Always remember, that, I will not pander to whims, without reasoning. I will upload anything sent to me so long as it makes everyone look and feel good in the video, including Preseed. Next time onwards, please avoid saying any good word about me in any way for if I think it benefits the company, it will get uploaded. I think of the company first. If you think of yourself first then this may not be the place for you. The only way for you to avoid this situation is to never say anything good about I or Preseed for it can be used for the benefit of Preseed unless of course, you state a logical reason for not putting up the screenshots or a video. You say so, doesn’t matter! Your reason matters. By the way, do you know the culture of Forwards on WhatsApp? Welcome to the new age of liberal mindsets and courage to own what you put up digitally. In my case, I am willing to own anything I ever said, can’t let ego ride truth, it has to be the other way round. I wouldn’t have taken it down till you could have debated over just one point — why you above company, why should you be considered over and above the company. The truth is, anything on a digital platform gets forwarded and shared wherever necessary. You won’t be able to stop it. The only thing you can do is change your way of thinking. Start wearing yourself on your sleeve. Don’t be a weakling, be SOLID. Own things you say. By the way, please feel free to upload anything I have ever said. If I have said it, I will have the courage to own it up. I won’t shy away from saying it in public too.
