As life moves along the building has now been sold and Virginia has completed her life. Tom Wray is a photographer in Uptown, Chicago. His collection of photos of Montrose Beach were recently featured in an exhibit in the coffee shop, Every Body's Coffee. We talk about pictures, the beach, remaining open, and hope. A book including these photos is called Beach and is available for purchase through his facebook page 

Walter Hallen grew up in Uptown, Chicago. He remembers multiple theaters,  speaks of the St. Francis House in Uptown, and how the neighborhood continues to change.
