Your Authentic Self
What would you respond to someone who asked you, “Who are you?” You’d probably say that you’re a spouse, parent, doctor, or teacher, etc., right? What would you say if he or she said, “That's not what I'm referring to. I mean, who are you?” Most people wouldn’t be able to answer the question correctly because it’s not about a role they’re fulfilling. It’s about who they are at the core—their authentic selves. In this episode, ChaCha discusses the difference between the fake and the authentic selves, why living an authentic life is crucial to your overall well-being, and how to begin to live authentically. She explains that in order to find your life purpose and live a happy and fulfilling life, you must first find out who you are at your core (authentic self), and align every aspect of your life with it DISCLAIMER: This podcast is designed to provide you with tools to help you on your journey toward personal growth and development.
